Stress-free letting experience
I'd been looking for a flat for months before coming across CityRise. From the very first contact with Fran it has been a smooth, pleasant experience. Every question or request I had was answered immediately, and I felt very well looked after. I had a great experience using city rise. This was my first time renting my flat out so naturally i had a number of questions that i needed answers too and i received the support i needed throughout this process.

Although initially there were some repairs pending, everyone especially Fran, Ryan and Chelsea have been extremely professional and helpful making sure my stay is comfortable. Maintenance issue after only 1 year.
Having purchased an apartment and used CityRise to let it out for me, I'm now having issues with maintenance. The lift has not worked for several months and there is no schedule for the repair. It seems that they are more than helpful when you purchase but less so when there is an issue. Come on CityRise, sort it out!
