Wait time is ridiculous at the Lenox hill location. Waited for my car for 2 hours one night! Only had one guy working and whistling like he had all the time in the world. Long wait time again today. Very frustrating and upsetting since most people parking there are visiting MSK. Expected better.

I was at my son‘s graduation from NYPD. I paid and reserve parking the day before when I pulled up to the parking garage in between the parking time which was between 9 AM and 10 AM. I got there before 10 AM. The gentleman told me there was no more parking available. Basically they had sold my space that I had reserved and paid for. He was very rude and very disrespectful. I have placed several phone calls to get a refund on my parking that I prepaid for no one has called me back. I am now in the middle of disputing this with my bank do not park here prepaid they will give your space away and you will have to find another space and pay more money I had to pay triple of what I paid very dissatisfied. Very poor customer service and the company doesn’t get back to you. Do not park here.

Maybe you should advertise and post that on the sign? No where did you ever mention it would be double. Shame on you

I parked at 99 Jane St today in the West Village neighborhood of New York City from 1-3pm. I booked a parking spot through Spot Hero which I had always used when I need to park in the city. I was attended by the nastiest parking attendant you can find. The ugly encounter all started when mentioned to not move my car forward. But a car behind me was approaching closer so I moved my car. He was visibly so irate with this and started yelling at me, a paying customer. What’s even the big deal of moving my car a few feet forward? That is no reason to treat a customer like that. He should not be in a job that deals with customers with a temper that he has. He ruined an otherwise pleasant day for me. City Parking, you need to let him go as I may not be only customer he has treated this badly. See attached pictures for your reference.

Absolutely worst garage ever! I would give them 0 stars if I could. Ripped the side skirt of my car while parking it. Zero accountability and their claims department is a joke. There is no way to get them to take responsibility for the incident or to get compensated and everyone who tries to file gets the same generic message about an internal "investigation" that found they are not liable, which is outrageous. They honestly deserve to get shut down because the level of disrespect and how unprofessional they are. Your car will get damaged and you will regret parking here. Do yourself a favor and read all the negative reviews about all the cars they damaged with zero consequences and trust those reviews! You do not want to park here, ever, and the same thing will happen to you!

I entered and departed with minimum delay.

Everything went wrong. I prepaid $45 plus tax for 12 hours. They’re trying to charge me another $42 for a total of $87 for less than 12 hours. Spot hero got it wrong too. They also parked my car in a small car spot and charged me another $10 for oversize!

Good service

This place is a rip off! I paid in advance on the spothero app. I got back an hour before my deadline. The attendant told me I owed an extra $25 or he wouldn't give me my car. He said the app made a mistake and it wasn't his fault. He was rude, obnoxious and a liar. I will NEVER go there again!!!

Easy to schedule a parking spot and quickly to drop off and pick up

Upon retrieving my vehicle, I personally witnessed an employee of this company driving my vehicle and striking the curb with the rear tire and aluminum rim while turning the corner toward the exit ramp of their garage, immediately before handing the car over to me. This impact caused visible scratches and damage to the rim. The curb itself shows significant traces of aluminum from the rim, which are clearly visible in the photo I submitted as part of my claim documentation.

I immediately brought these circumstances to the attention of the driver and his manager on-site. The driver apologized for his mistake and stated in front of his manager “I can lose my job because of this”. I subsequently submitted a claim along with photographic evidence clearly showing the damage.

Despite this, I was informed that my claim has been denied. I find this decision unacceptable given the evidence provided, which strongly supports that the damage occurred as I witnessed it, while my car was in their company’s custody and control.

Very convenient, easy to park plus garage attendant was a very professional, nice person. I will park again at that location!

Waited 2 hours to pick up my vehicle, after I arrived at the time I said I would. Some people picked up their car sooner than they should've, there didn't seem to be a good system to have the cars brought up. I guess the elevator broke down after I waited 2 hours, but nobody told us whatahppened, or when it would be fixed. Horrible customer service, no offer to provide compensation.

Easy entrance and exit. The staff member was polite and accommodating. I will use this parking garage again.

Large entry space into the garage, making a driver feel very comfortable. Upon arrival inside the garage, was greeted by the attendant with the utmost warmth. Exiting the garage was a breeze as the car was parked in a perfect spot by the attendant, knowing my exit time in advance. Would certainly park in this garage in the future, as and when needed.

Do not reserve parking here!! I prepaid parking there today (6/25/25), arrived on time and a very rude employee told us we could not park there because they had no spaces left. When I told him I was prepaid he said “get a refund.” He was totally dismissive a rude. We almost ran late for our show. Never again!!!!

The worker was very helpful, when my planned arrival time changed by more than an hour.

So convenient and easy to make a reservation!

The entry/exit on 49th st and 50th st makes this a great garage as you can enter and exit without circling the block. Makes it a great location.
