Morning crew is great; took forever to get my car tonight for some reason. 2 people who arrived after me got theirs first. Maybe I drew a slow attendant? Normally tip at night but didn't because of the wait time

Do not reserve parking here!! I prepaid parking there today (6/25/25), arrived on time and a very rude employee told us we could not park there because they had no spaces left. When I told him I was prepaid he said “get a refund.” He was totally dismissive a rude. We almost ran late for our show. Never again!!!!

With prepaid and giving them a time I was going to pick up my car-I was out in minutes after handing in my ticket.

Easy to park. Clean facility. Courteous garage attendants. Did not wait too long for pick up.

The staff was incredible. But at 130 pm there was not enough staff members to manage tohr pre theatre rush

Great price. This location gets pretty packed and not sure if guys were a bit understaffed- waited 25 min to get car out.

Parking in the city is always a difficulty but they did a good job and was fine

After pre-paying online for a Saturday reservation, I realized that it was the least expensive garage in the heart of Times Square, which meant that it was attractive to bargain hunters. There was a line of vehicles, basically blocking traffic, in attempts of entering on the W43st (Off 6th) entrance. 30 min wait to enter. Apparently, there was only one employee handing the onslaught of vehicles. I would rather park a few blocks away from the chaos and walk into Times Square. Also, when departing, it took 25 min for us to retrieve our vehicle. CityParking has another garage on W43 one block east between 6th and 5th aves. It really makes sense to park at this location and walk an extra 1/2 block. Apparently, many of the vehicles are moved to this facility anyway , which means that employees are driving your car around the streets of NYC. *Major league tip...when attendant asks how long you will be, simply reply "About an hour" This way your car will not be driven around to a holding facility

Very hospitable! I was able to get a cheaper rate by ordering online. The only thing was I waited a long time to get my car. Several people that showed up after me were receiving their vehicles before but once they realized I had been standing there for a while they were apologetic and got my car to me right away. I would use this parking garage again!

This company does not know how to train their employees. The manager and their employees rip off their customers. They made us pay double and then when we wanted to get the car the guys cursed my entire family including my 3 year old daughter and then after that he made faces to the next customer because we told the next customer how rude they were and that they double charged us. I would never recommend this location or any other city parking locations in the NYC ever. I am sure they follow the same process at all locations.

Very good place to park in the city, higjly recommended.

Convenient location for anything near times square. Price is very good. The service is very slow tho so give yourself lots if time when picking up
