Do NOT buy through this company. It looks shady and unofficial because it is. This company is dirty. They got shady people workin all of it, bad attitude bad energy they play games. Their phone is not relaible you can leave 100 hundred messages about a refund theyll ignore u. U can message them on instagram theyll send 1 message n ignore u. I had to get my bank to get me a refund for shoes then they're sayin rude stuff to me in my instagram after I got the refund force. Then they send me a email too sayin they refunded me after my bank came after them. Don't use this bitter terrible compnay they will try hard they can to avoid your messages not give u a refund theyre stupid bad attitude. down with city life direct. go to a normal company lile footlocker.

The shoes are of very bad quality, everything is stained with glue. I waited for the purchase for more than a month. I ordered size 45, but apparently they sent me one size smaller. They don’t accept it back, they scare me because it will cost me dearly. Basically I was deceived!

First of all, this is the game changer for shoes for my son! He loves his shoes and the quality of the Jordan 11's he just got is amazing! They shipped faster than expected, the box was beat up but that's to be expected when shipping from so far away. The price point is great, the quality is right on target and I have one happy 15 year old. Trust me, I have done lots of checking on sites to make sure they're true sites and this one is the real deal!! We will continue to buy from City Life! Thanks again for making my son super happy!! Very awful and abusive response from this company after making a reasonable enquiry as to where the trainers were in light of the fact they had sent notification of a 48 hour Royal Mail tracked package supposedly sent. I received harassing e-mails from them stating I was a “thief “ and a “liar” and was referred to as a “Karen” along with continuous menacing e-mails. I brought PayPal into resolve and lo and behold the trainers got despatched the day PayPal intervened. The Royal Mail courier confirmed on my ring doorbell video footage that the company had lied about despatching weeks before. No customer service skills. All they did was write lies and false accusations towards me when in fact they were accusing me of what they obviously are themselves. A very untrustworthy company and totally insulting. I’m not the first customer they’ve been offensive to and I daresay I’ll be the last. I do have e-mails - dates videos to prove my adverse ordeal with them to trust pilot . My other review is currently being scanned as company have flagged it but I have only told the truth and nothing but. I will be contacting Trust Pilot to unhide it and if not, why not - transparency is a must for this site surely ! As you can see by their response , a company which has not even verified itself is still in denial . My Son made no apology ? Why would he. He was just relieved to get his trainers that he ordered and paid for through my PayPal account and it is a fact thatif PayPal had not instructed them to have the items ordered and pre paid for by 8th December then they were going to close the case in our favour. How to the reasonable person does this make me a thief . This company will lie and gaslight as opposed to taking responsibility for its misrepresentations and actions. They don’t like being called out and in this case became nasty for having done so with name calling bullying style e-mails. My advice to whoever is writing those e-mails under City Life Direct and not providing their name, instead of spending so much time being disrespectfu and rude as a “keyboard controller’ to prioritise meeting your obligationsto your customers orders that you are so quick to take and keep the money from . Advice to all, after being called “ a Karen” “trash” “ a thief” to name but a few and have since blocked 🚫 all e-mails to spam - ensure you order via PayPal to ensure you get either your goods satisfactorily or your money back 🙏🏻- don’t let them dictate terms to suit their narrative whilst they’re changing the goal posts. Ik was sceptisch, maar naast de verwachting dat het lang zou duren, is het gewoon een eerlijk en betrouwbaar bedrijf. Er is altijd duidelijk gecommuniceerd over de leveringstijd en tja, dan moet je gewoon even geduld hebben. Scherpe prijzen voor geduldige mensen.

Finger Weg von der Seite die Qualität bei der Schuh ist mangelhaft, die Nike Jordan 4 waren nach nur 5 Monaten und wenig Nutzung und guter Pflege defekt.
Nach einer Reklamation wird man nur darauf hingewiesen das man selber schuld ist.
Quasi selber schuld das die Sachen dort gekauft hast.
Nie wieder kaufe ich dort was.
