We were guided through the process of booking our holiday with much help from The Wise Miser team who found us the best price flight and booked it for us.

Very poor telephone connection. Extremely difficult to hear or understand the lady I spoke to. Email responses slow to arrive. I've still not had confirmation email so I'm worried that I've paid for a holiday that doesn't exist.

I have received excellent service from Citrus Holidays in connection with rebooking holidays that were unable to go ahead due to the pandemic.
Ruchi has been the colleague who has kept me informed and offered answers to my enquiries in a prompt and understandable way. Kenya is the destination of choice and the itinerary is excellent.

Victor was Very patient sorting out new flight home and accommodation. Especially when u consider it was none of his doing in the first place. Top man,thanks for being patient.

I've just booked a holiday using a voucher given in lieu of a cancelled holiday in 2020. The new holiday was arranged just for us and it looks as though it will be very nice indeed. It was very efficiently done by Ruchi at Citrus Holidays.

Back at the start of Covid my tour to Vietnam and Cambodia was cancelled. After a lot of hassle I somewhat reluctantly accepted a credit note. Using that as the deposit needed, I rebooked a tour of Southern India for November this year. Citrus Holidays website isn’t offering hardly anything though they keep telling me the holiday is still operating but I don’t believe them and I’ve got to hand over the balance soon which I’m very reluctant to do. Is anyone else in the same position as me?

I was quite disappointed with the service, it was a traumatic experience considering I have been using this travel agency for how many years, the communication between the manager (Victor) with his colleague was quite poor, I think the manager and his staff need more training, I have a very demanding job and need to relax and rely on them as I'm always confident booking thru them but ended up calling and chasing due to their lack of communication.

Excellent customer service and professional attitude . Provided multiple choices for our credit voucher we received when we were unable to holiday during Covid . Good value holidays and service 😀

My experience with Citrus is very positive. All questions and concerns were answered on time and taken care of. It was first time I booked my vacations with Citrus and hopefully there would be more.

We have previously had several holidays with Citrus all of which have been really good. We have had a booking for Singapore and Malaysia for over 12 months but due to the pandemic restrictions could not go ahead. Rose and Ruchi at Citrus were both exceptionally helpful in organising an alternative short notice holiday for us to replace our existing booking. Our requests were quite specific and Ruchi worked tirelessly to meet our requirements. I am sure this holiday will be up to the standard of our previous holidays with Citrus. Thank you all and we would not hesitate to recommend Citrus.

Like everyone here, our trip to Europe was cancelled in Mar 2020. The airline issued a full refund of the flight to Citrus in Apr 2020. After 23 months of reassurance that Citrus will refund our money, they have now decided not to respond to phone calls or emails. What is really upsetting is not that they have decided to keep my money but rather to continue lying about the refund. Had they put it in writing that they would NOT issue a refund from the start, I would have recovered it from my travel insurance 2 years ago. Most UK customers got their money back via small claims court. I guess it is my fault to trust a company that doesn't have an office in Canada.

I am very excited to finally take the trip we have been looking so forward to after a two year delay. Rahul was very helpful in rebooking this long awaited trip. My hope is that things will not get closed down again and we will be flying to Italy soon.

Two years ago I was booked to go to Peru with Citrus. That March the world shut down due to Co-vid. We opted to postpone our trip. Over he two years we have been in touch with various agents who have kept us in the loop. This May we will be going! Although some prices have changed we were given full credit for our 2020 deposit. A delightful company to deal with!
