Citrus Holidays Anmeldelser

Mel spoke with one of my children a few days preparing best flights and within budget whilst I attended to classes and family affairs before preparing for booking etc
Absolute awesome saved us over £1200 and kept in budget and knew almost everything straight away and was able send me lots of additional info.
Well and truly above and beyond many other similar agencies and will be booking another break in 3 months absolute fabulous big thanks to mel

I was dealt with politely and efficiently and was not made to feel nuisance when I asked for several different options to consider. Your advisor was friendly and gave me confidence that all would go smoothly. Could not have asked for more

Had a wonderful holiday. Everything went well. All transfers were there when they were suppose to be. Hotels in Athens and Santorini where good but did not care for the hotel in Crete. It said that it was a four star but it was a two at best. It is in bad need of beds, pillows and linens. Working it’s Citrus holidays was challenging at times. Very bad communications but in the end they pulled it off and we did have a nice time. Tanks Rahul for all your hard work.

Rahul was very helpful with the rescheduling of our holiday , many thanks ,D

The trip turned out fine but i was never confident in it going ahead.I found the experience with Staff daunting .Not a very professional outfit and very fragmented in all dealings

Mel was very helpful booking our holiday. She took the time to find direct flights for us to and from Manchester Airport, suggesting an extra night in Venice which we were very pleased about

Booked to go to Sri Lanka in January 2023 on the heritage and national park tour. . Jay was very helpful and went above and beyond in finding the best flight for us. Have used Citrus in the past and had the most amazing holiday to India

The lady who dealt with my booking, was very patient with me, she explained everything perfectly & even called me back to make sure everything was understood, & told me to get back to her if l had any problems.....excellent.

Dave was very patient as I kept changing my mind and asking for options.
He helped me to find a better deal than the one he originally found.
Excellent service, if the holiday works out well, I will definitely use you again.
I used the company before when it was Citrus, was excellent then, too.

Good offers knowlegable quick and easy to deal with

Great help from Mel who answered all my questions before I was sure I wanted to book.

This is our second attempt at rebooking due to covid. Citrus were extremely helpful and responded quickly. This was a very smooth booking process.

Due to Covid we were unable to travel for the past 2 plus years so Citrus Holidays give us a credit voucher. I was a bit apprehensive as I read some reviews on this Holiday company however I sent an email asking about the voucher and immediately I received a response to send dates and departing airport and country to visit. After sending the information once again I received vacation options to choose , once that was done my trip was booked with a confirmation . The representative Rahul was so efficient and professional and easy to deal with. We got the trip we wanted with minimum fuss and great price. I was very impressed and would definitely do business with this company again. It was indeed a pleasure dealing with Rahul.

Always provides great service and bespoke holiday destinations. Swift and efficient. No hesitation. Used for many years now for all our beach and city holidays.

Too hard to communicate with this agency because they're in London. Also, it was pandemic time and had to reschedule our trip and you have to keep on following up if we can rebook or not, then we have to pay additional fees for rebooking for almost $500. Covid was a pandemic and we have no control that there's a surge in a country, but had to pay for that.

A Very Courteous and helpful team at Citrus Holidays.
Our booking requirements were a little complicated, but they
made the extra effort to ensure that we got exactly the travel
that we were looking for, including seating and baggage extras...
Well done to them all.

I have dealt with Citrus once before many years ago and was pleased that they are called Cities and beaches who i booked my latest holiday with. Victor was very knowledgeable, explaining the differences between the prices and came back to quickly.
