Excellent conveyancing company. They were recommended to me by a female friend and I couldn’t be happier with their service. For me personally - I loved dealing with women ( having always used male lawyers for moves in the past ).
Just more empathy and understanding . I would highly recommend them if you’re a woman moving on your own. Your hand will be held throughout the process. And they were significantly cheaper than lawyers I’ve used in the past- and the service was actually better and more personal. I highly recommend them.

Very helpful staff, informative and friendly. They helped us through a sticky patch with the buyers' solicitor, keeping us informed at every stage.
Everything was done professionally and the conveyancer was even working remotely while on holiday.
We're very grateful for all their hard work.

When my Father died last year Sarah & Jane helped me sell his house .
They both reduced the stress I was under & I cannot thank them enough for their help & advice making the process smooth .
I have used Citrus conveyancing twice in the last five years.
Both times the whole team was faultless .
Highly recommend.

Sarah and Jane have been brilliant throughout a lengthy process of selling a property. Both strike a great balance between complete professionalism and administrative efficiency whilst being genuinely friendly and approachable at all times. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them to advise on; I was kept updated as necessary and everything was explained in terms which were easy to understand. No question I asked was ever considered too daft (even though I'm sure some were!)
I am very grateful for the service I received and the manner in which I was treated - in summary, a big thanks to Sarah and Jane!

We’ve used Citrus Conveyancing for multiple sales and purchases and have always found them excellent. They’re efficient, easy to deal with, and keep you well informed throughout the process.

Highly recommended.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received from Sarah, Jane and Jackie. From start to finish, they were professional, proactive, and incredibly responsive. Every step was explained clearly, and any questions I had were answered promptly and thoroughly. Their attention to detail and calm, reassuring approach made what at times was a difficult sale as smooth and straightforward as possible. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for efficient, reliable, and genuinely excellent conveyancing.

Citrus Conveyancing were absolutely amazing. Sarah and Jane dealt with our sale and purchase and we could not fault them. The communication was excellent, they were really proactive and efficient and quick to respond to queries. It was a completely different experience to previous conveyancers we have used and they made the whole process much easier and less stressful. We would be very happy to recommend Citrus to anybody. Thank you so much!

An excellent service from Citrus from start to finish. I was dealing with my parents property following a death so there were lots of complications and the process took over a year. Sarah, Jane and Jackie were fantastic throughout the process. Always considerate, understanding and extremely knowledgeable. We had some difficult situations and the team were always professional and timely. They did everything they said to a high standard and were always proactive at contacting me. I could not recommend Citrus more highly.

I had to sell my mothers house for her and as I live over 200 miles away, I needed a local conveyancer to work with. I couldn't have chosen a better team to work with. Fast, efficient, always keeping me informed and giving me options given the long distances involved with visiting them. Overall the entire process was deftly handled and I felt like I was kept informed every single step of the way, whether by email, phone or in person when I was down at the house sorting other things out. The whole process was like clockwork.

I recently used Citrus Conveyancing for the sale of my mothers property and I can highly recommend their services. Their communication at all stages was excellent, everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful and friendly, they kept me up to date and were very efficient and responsive. Their costs were competitive and they will be my first choice if I have any other conveyancing needs in the future.

Right from the start Citrus Conveyancing were extremely helpful and supportive either on the phone, via email or in person. Sarah, Jackie and the Citrus Team guided us through the whole process of selling our father's property. Everything was done with ease and nothing was ever any bother. The Citrus team gave us good advice and have a strong understanding of the whole process. We couldn't have completed the sale without their knowledge and guidance. We would highly recommend that you use Citrus Conveyancing to guide you through your property purchase or sale. We most defiantly would use them in the future.

Great service , always prompt in getting information to me and very clear instructions. Kept in the loop the whole time , emails and phone calls always answered or return swiftly , what more could you ask for when selling a property , made it as stress free as these transactions could be

Sarah and Jane were both excellent in helping us, as executors. They ensured that the various tasks for the sale of my wife's brother's house were achieved as easily as could be. One or the other was always available to offer advise in answering some difficult questions. I would recommend the company for the selling of ones property.

Sarah and Jane have done several conveyances for me now and always do a first class service

Sarah was a pleasure to work with. She was always available to explain more complex issues, and was patient and professional.
Thank you!

Our questions were always answered promptly and professionally and we were kept informed of progress. Sarah’s advice and guidance was exactly what we needed during a difficult time. I would recommend Citrus to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

I was fully supported by Sarah & Jackie who answered all my questions at any time helping me in any way they could, it was a good feeling knowing I could leave the sale of my house in their capable hands & concentrate elsewhere. I have no hesitation in recommending Citrus Conveyancing.

Citrus Conveyancing were recommended to me and I am extremely pleased to have taken that recommendation.

My sale was anything but easy with my buyers and their solicitors making things very difficult for all.

Sarah and her team were very professional and resilient in dealing with my case, keeping me informed and advising me through what became a complicated process.

Sarah and Jane made the paperwork caused by the selling of my late mum's property so easy for me to deal with. They made everything so simple. They explained everything as we went along, no fuss not bother. Totally professional but very friendly and approachable. All the questions and queries I had were answered and dealt with a smile and they both made me feel that nothing was too much trouble.
