App is very poorly designed and…
App is very poorly designed and unreliable. Had to call them multiple times to resolve. Looking at other reviews online it seems many people have issues (for example uploading thier insurance details etc). Would not recommend.

Circle Medical was a great clinic! The PA I saw was helpful and knowledgable, and the entire staff was friendly and professional. I would gladly go to this practice again.

Great Doctor
The Doctor I saw was very thorough, he took a lot of time trying to understand what was going on with me. I thought it was just a pulled muscle but he wants a MRI, it has gotten a little bit better but still hurts. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a Great doctor!

Rip off
I did not receive any help from Circle Medical. First appointment $100, next appointment they no showed, next appointment no show, next appointment no show, next appointment I met a different provider.. I left feeling stressed and confused and told to go get a physical. Then they wanted $218... for what?? I dont know. I tried to get this resolved. They would not waive the $218. Don't use this company. They are a rip off.

Very professional and easy to use
Very professional and easy to use; the nurse I made an appointment with was helpful and gave me actual solutions to the issues I’ve been facing instead of brushing me off like some have in the past. Highly recommend!

The visit was great
The visit was great. The practicioner was on time, kind and patient. The app itself is easy to use and booking appointments is easy too. Try them out, you won't regret it.

No prescription sent, extremely frustrated
I saw a doctor in the morning, seemed straightforward and as if my needs would be met. After going to the pharmacy nearly 3 hours later, I was told no prescription was sent over. This was an urgent matter and this was highly concerning. I’m not satisfied with the services and am extremely frustrated. I’m now having to go to an urgent care to get a prescription from a different doctor since I was left without the medicine I need immediately. I will be asking for a refund on any charges because this is ridiculous.

The convenience of the appointments…
The convenience of the appointments with not having to change your work schedule is wonderful. My provider, Dr. Maria Peres-Barbosa, is always very pleasant and easy to communicate with regarding my medical issues. I feel Circle Medical is a wonderful medical service to help with medical needs.
