Well first of all thought I was ordering from Egg Studio, only to find out they apparently outsource to you. Terrible shipping time, and shows from Australia.

Cannot fault the customer service
Cannot fault the customer service, I had a few problems, but they were rectified almost immediately, the staff so very courteous and nothing is too much trouble for them. I would recommend Cipustar to everyone. Wish every company was as reliable and generous as Cipustar. Plus I loved the products that I purchased. The mugs that change from black to animals photo and name are fantastic, I have bought 5 of them.

Excellent Experience and service
Well I received my 20oz tumbler and was very excited until I opened the box and everything about it was wrong, so I contacted Cipustar and told them about my disappointment and they said they would love to be given the chance to fix and I really wanted this for a gift for my best friend so I did and the correct tumbler came within a couple of weeks and I am very happy with service and the tumble is perfect!!! Will order again from Cipustar!!!

Mug is even cuter than expected!
I made a mistake on my last minute Christmas mug order. I frantically tried contacting Cipustar, time difference making it a little challenging, but have no fear a very kind representative told me we caught it before print and got it changed for me. I was most grateful!! The mug is absolutely adorable and looks like all of my pups! I received many compliments!
