Avoid this terrible service that won't issue you a refund at all costs.

I was so busy with work, that I sought their service for two assignments out of desperation, and unfortunately, I failed both.

The failure pushed me to stay up all night, rewriting the assignments from scratch, and thankfully, I passed when the grades came in.

Upon passing, I requested a refund and proof of my initial assignment they wrote which I failed, as I only had three attempts and didn't want to risk contacting them again.

Despite my success and providing evidence of the failed grade I got from using their services they refused to refund my money, stating I would only get refunded if I had failed all three attempts.

I asked if they would cover the cost of re-registering for the course if I had allowed myself to fail all three attempts. I initially sought their service due to their pass mark guarantee.

Their customer service was horrible even when they offered compensation they asked for more money. They lack professionalism, and any assignments they write for you are likely to result in failure.

Frustrated, I've initiated a dispute with my bank to ensure I recover my money

I have used this service for some of my assessments , most of them went through fine minus one (employment law) which did need a few attempts (granted it is the hardest one to do)

It was eventually completed, the only reason it is not a five star is getting a hold of someone to help us tricky but to be honest you can do everything through there website such as sending off for a revisions etc . I never knew that at the time or I would have just sent it off myself instead of relying on the customer service person who I think had a lot of demand on her which is fair enough.

I would recommend using them, a lot better than the other companies out there and the website is great.
