CIO Views is a predatory pay-to-feature scam, most likely operating from India, presenting itself as a legitimate US publication with a Wyoming address (30 N Gould St, Sheridan WY - a mass shell company registration address).
They cold-contact professionals offering to feature them among 'The 10 Most Innovative Business Minds', then request payment of USD 2,100-3,500 for the 'feature'.
When challenged, they ignore all substantive questions, never provide company registration details or banking information, and simply repeat the payment request.
Do not engage and do not pay.
