The only reason for two stars is that they apparently have a good selection. Otherwise, they are unable to fulfill orders correctly or even acknowledge the order. I have placed two orders recently (5/26/2022) and the first order they could not fill it accurately and I was told that the "special offer" wasn't available. I ordered correctly and they said so, just "not available". The second order was ordered next day air and wasn't acknowledged for two days. I canceled because when I called they said they could ship it in the next day (would have been 6 days total from needing next day. They are awful and managed horribly and just riding the wave of the cigar trend. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!

Don't get what they say you will.
I have used cigars .com for quite sometime, found myself very disappointed when my shipment arrived. When I was placing my order the gentlemen I was speaking with mentioned if I ordered a box of Bacarat #1 Connecticut shade , there was a special going and ended that day, recieve 5 free Bacarat cigars and a torch lighter if ordered a box of 25, needless to say the lighter and the 5 free cigars were not in the shipment, called customer service and spoke with Mike, very nice man, but told me he never heard of this promo..I don't make this stuff up, very offended, almost like a bait and switch, tell you something to get that big order, I don't like dishonest companies so for that reason I will not be buying from cigars.com and not refer them to my golf friends anymore, such a shame to tell someone one thing and do another, I would be very careful with this company, sounds like they are not on the up and up.

Been doing business with this company…
Been doing business with this company for two years. Within last 6 months...service has degraded to point where I no longer will do business with them. Billing errors, order errors, website not accurate as to what's in stock....you've lost this customer for good!

Scammed by Cigars.com
They messed up my billing and shipping address. It got shipped to another address. The folks at that address were nice enough to call me and tell me my parcel got mailed to their address. When I called, Cigars.com blamed and accused me of entering the wrong address and making false claims. The lady on the call even went on to accuse the folks who received the package of doing so purposely so that they could "use the cigars". This is completely unprofessional behavior. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
