My order was delivered on time and I was kept up to date on the progress of it.The fudge itself is no better or no worse than any other I've tried and if questionable value at
£8.99 a pop

Just received our first box of goodies, 5 huge chunks of fudge, they are absolutely massive, my wife absolutely loves her Billionaires Shortbread and Bounty, my favourite is the Banofee Pie, the Toffee Apple is also delicious, we are going to share the Biscoff one yet, but I imagine that one is amazing too, highly recommend trying these, you will not be disappointed

Ordered from ChunkFudge for the first time and I’m seriously impressed.

I tried the Mars fudge, Rocky Road fudge and Brownie fudge. Every single one tasted fresh, rich and full of flavour.

The Mars fudge had the perfect mix of chocolate and caramel sweetness.
The Rocky Road fudge had loads of texture and felt super indulgent.
The Brownie fudge was rich, chocolatey and honestly hard to stop eating.

You can tell a lot of care goes into making these. The texture was spot on. Soft, smooth and melt-in-the-mouth without being too much. Delivery was quick and everything arrived really well packed too.

Already planning my next order because it’s magic fudge and disappears very quickly!!

Excellent customer service, there was an issue with a chiller that would delay delivery and they informed me by email.
I bought a five pack and it was well packed. The fudge is lovely. Really nice. Highly recommended. I’m always picking at it. Will definitely be ordering again.

Amazing fudge absolutely love it. Too bloody nice, easy to navigate site and so many flavours to choose from I've ordered twice now and won't be my last.

This is my 2nd review, after my first review ChunkFudge contacted me as I had a problem with my order. I can not praise them enough. They are obviously a company that care about their customers. They asked what they could do to sort out my issue and went above and beyond what I had asked for. It's a pity more companies are not like this. The fudge itself is very tasty and different from other fudge I have had. I would definitely recommend the fudge and the company. Thank you.

Sent an email and photograph to prove that one of my chunks was only 300g - 1/4 of it missing.
Got a really sarcastic, patronizing and condescending reply by someone who is obviously constipated with their own self importance.

It said and I quote -

''Chunk Fudge is a hand made product and the weights of individual Chunks will vary CONSIDERABLY, I am sure you appreciate that Eton Mess which contains meringue will not weigh the same as a Brownie - it's on the product listing, faq page, order confirmation, shipping paperwork, allergens card, etc but appreciate that if you aren't looking for it then it can be missed.

NOWHERE on their website does it say that the weights of individual Chunks will vary CONSIDERABLY.
In fact it says and I quote -

''All weights are averages and may vary''

I did not expect them all to be exactly 400g (I ordered 8 in total) but it is almost miraculous that NOT ONE OF THEM was a gram over 400g.

Who in their right mind would buy products by weight if the weights may vary CONSIDERABLY.

As for the Eton Mess being full of meringue and therefore making it lighter - why is that my problem ? I ordered a 400g chunk so you send me 400g of it - I didn't pay for AIR.

Delivered in good time. The quality is excellent. I would recommend your company without hesitation.

Excellent quality

Received order in time promised, quality of fudge was so smooth not grainy at all like other fudges I’ve tried and the flavours so good, will definitely be making more orders.

First order placed with the, 5x different flavours, quality of the product and packaging is great flavours and care in sending the order again great stuff, no complaints

It’s a nightmare to cut. The blocks are solid but if you put any pressure on they disintegrate.
I found them to be quite synthetic tasting and wasn’t surprised when I saw the ingredients. There are loads of chemicals and stabilisers.
If you can get past the artificial taste I suppose they are nice.

Came in good time freshly made tasted all 5 very tasty communication was very good thanks you

Without doubt I the best fudge I have ever tasted! Will definitely buy again.

Excellent product at a reasonable price .Was a bit dubious to order at first because of the price and what you get but all good

Delivery was on time. Came packaged well. Absolutely amazing taste. Can highly recommend the Mars fudge.

This fudge is amazing, cut a slice of the 3 bars I bought for my sister, only gave her it yesterday and she ordered some last night, different flavors than mine so I can try hers when it comes. Bars are big, well wrapped and arrived without any damage.

Don't bother.
There are plenty of other Fudge Companies. I received an empty box!
Parcelforce aware, Chunk did refund in full, blocked me from their Facebook page and ignored emails.
Tracking of delivery was also lies.

fast delivery very good product really really enjoyable fudge,

Great products
Lovely fudge
Delivery a bit slow
