After sending off my samples I received an email 3 days later saying my results were ready to view, that was the problem the system wouldn't let me view the results, and every time I contacted the company I was assured that things were being dealt with which took 4 days in the end. I feel they should have offered me a pdf to my email as an alternative.

My experience with this company has been disappointing to say the least. They say my test results are there to see, when I go to see the results, the link says sorry there is a problem. I then get told there isn't a problem by "customer service".

They then say after more discussions there seems to be an issue, we will contact you when this is resolved, when asked how long that will be, I am told we can't give any time frame, so could be days could be weeks apparently.

Also asked about cancelling/refund, and its the same, someone will be in touch, with the same outcome of, there is no time frame.

So could be days or weeks to hear from someone.

Customer service is poor, also phone line is even poorer, can't get through to anyone on there, just an automated service, that then cuts you off everytime without failure.

I totally get issues can arise, but having no deadlines for anything, and making it impossible to contact via phone isnt great

With an urgent query regarding registering our tests, we received a very helpful reply within the hour

Received the kit, followed instructions and went to post office with pre-labelled packet to return - NEITHER the barcode or QR code which was on the packet was recognised by Royal Mail so I ended up spending over £6 myself to return for next day before 1pm delivery (this is where I should’ve realised to be honest that I was being scammed!) anyway actually got an email today letting me know my results are in and to log in to my account - guess what? Unable to access any information regarding my so-called results as keeps popping up ‘oops something went wrong’ been doing it all day! I guess I’m never going to get my ‘results’ if they actually exist? Rip off company who never answer emails - avoid like the plague - am wondering if Emirates,tui and a couple of other large companies realise they are using their names as a trusted company? 🤔

Useless company. I cancelled my order immediately after paying £30 for 2 kits due to Tui saying they are not required. I've sent 45 emails and 7 chats and 8 phone calls. I'm not able to enter my account due to "wrong " password, so I have waited 3 hours to change my password, but not yet arrived !! . They just dont want to refund the money. AVOID AT ALL COST !!.

Very efficient, quick service answered my questions the same day.

Although I have given 4 stars because the response was quick I have noticed that they have taken payment for my tests but they do not send the test out till 5 days before you fly what if the are delayed or there is a strike and you don't get them in time if you pay for something you expect to get the product with in a few days

Found it quick and easy. Well worth the money for peace of mind.

We asked why tests were not sent out after being ordered. and not just before departure.tests can not be used prior to this any way so why not send on purchase. this saves on worry re delivery. plus re upload photo of result, why does every one think that we all have mobiles and know how to upload photos etc.

I was apprehensive when I first started the chronomics procedure but was very pleased by the easy to follow instructions provided all in all a very secure positive procedure

Perhaps the best testing company I’ve found. Good price and excellent service from everyone I’ve contacted at the company. If you want reduced stress use this company.

Ordering test was very easy.
Confirmation email provided email address “support”if I had any queries, but when I used it I got a reply saying that mailbox was not regularly monitored. Disappointing.

When I used the address “contact” email address got comprehensive information very promptly.
