I love my Lenvie Diamond watch. Recently i lost a pin from it, because I wear my watch always, no matter what I do. I reached out to the support team and Karina was so kind! They shipped a new pin, plus one extra pin to my door. The response and shipping were very fast. Amazing service!

I have worn my watch in a pool and now water has gotten into it, you describe so well that it can even go down to 400 meters.
you deny the damage and write that it is my own fault, how can it be my fault when you have made a mistake in the watch when it was produced.
I will definitely not buy any more watches from you and will not speak positively about this experience

My watch is the Grand Mont, I was given it as a present by my sons, I was absolutely bowled over how beautiful this watch is, immaculate face and dials, a stunning looking piece, so many people have said it looks great, I never take it off, the Christophe Duchamp Grand Mont is a stunning watch I am definitely a massive fan of the Brand.
