Beware of Unfulfilled Promises and Poor Communication
After a thorough review of our detailed service contract and several follow-up communications, I want to inform potential customers of my negative experience with CKI. The contract stipulated a completion of services within 60 days; however, it's been five months, and the work is not done. Despite the contractual agreement and full payment, CKI has failed to deliver on key services, which were critical components of the project.
My attempts to resolve these issues have been met with evasive responses and unfounded excuses regarding account access, all of which I have documented proof contradicting such claims. When pressed for a completion date or tangible progress, responses from CKI have been consistently unclear or misleading, further exacerbating the situation.
The trust I placed in CKI, based on our signed agreement, was met with delays, inadequate explanations, and a lack of accountability. Such professional conduct has significantly impacted my business and serves as a cautionary tale for others considering this company's services.
Please approach with caution and be vigilant in your dealings.
Update: Response to CKI's Response
I maintain my position based on FACTUAL occurrences and documentation I possess. It’s important to clarify the following points:
1. The success of my business and the services CKI was contracted to deliver are separate matters. My review addresses the latter – the contractual obligations and deliverables.
2. Not all services agreed upon were provided. I have communicated in detail what was incomplete, and CKI’s responses did not adequately address the completion of those services.
3. The "5 months of support" mentioned was actually an extended period during which I was awaiting the completion of the contracted work, beyond the agreed 60 days. This was not additional support but a delay in fulfilling the original contract terms. So there are 2 contract breaches: Fulfillment of deliverables by an agreed upon date AND fulfillment of deliverables.
4. The services that CKI references, such as partner contracts, promotional material, and legal advice, were indeed part of the original contract and not extras or favors. These were expected deliverables I PAID for.
5. I am not disputing the lack of guaranteed results; my concern lies solely on the execution and delivery of specific tasks as per our contract. The impact on revenue is my responsibility, while the execution of tasks is on the service provider.
6. While some deliverables were indeed provided, not all were, which I have recognized explicitly. My detailed communication to CKI outlined what remained outstanding.
7. My intention is not to defame but to share my experience transparently and honestly, without derogatory language or unfounded claims. An honest recount of experiences is not defamation and it is a right every consumer has. In addition to this, I want to make public the fact that Chris/CKI attempted to remove my review by flagging it for containing harmful and illegal content. Anyone reading this review can judge by themselves, but I have been nothing but honest and professional in providing true information to potential prospects.
8. Legal threats in response to a fact-based review are unwarranted. It is within my right to share my experiences with a service provider. Should these threats continue, I am prepared to take appropriate actions to defend my rights and also make the contract public for objective assessment.
Update: He keeps flagging my review, but I'll make sure that this stays here for others to see. Also, changing the business name to Achivemented shows the lack of transparency from CKI. Prospects have the right to read legitimate reviews and investigate about any company they are considering doing business with.
