I took the Level 3 Mat Pilates course back in October with Choreography to go.
The zoom contact days were really informative, engaging and fun! Kelly was really knowledgeable and encouraging throughout the whole course.
I liked that I could complete the course in my own time & didn't feel rushed or as if I was on a time scale to complete any of the coursework or the main exam.
The handbooks were easy to read & the videos are really useful. I still go back to them now to re-cap and get ideas for classes.
I passed my exam in December & it has opened up so many opportunities for me. I now run 10 Pilates classes per week alongside my Personal Training & I am loving every second of it. It's changed my life!

Don't hesitate, you won't regret it!

Just completed this wonderful certification. I have been teaching Fitness Pilates for 4 years and have started to introduce the mini-ball not only to add progressions to the exercises but to use it as part of the class.
