Long time ago I used to do same principle for learning, doing .mid files having at louder sound my aim voice.

It is so nice to hear a voice singing my part rather than a computer generated sound.

The professional singer and orchestral accompaniment made practicing a much more positive experience. Going from a piano accompaniment at rehearsal to the orchestra at the concert will not be so daunting.

Thanks so much Chord Perfect for your inspired rehearsal aid for Vivaldi’s Gloria. Soprano, Alto, Base and Tenor parts. Brilliantly put together, with the main line on the top and the other parts in the background, so entry points are so much easier to mark. Loving the split into sections, the ‘back to start’ and the ‘5 second back’. Soo helpful. very grateful.

Excellent quality material for practice. Ease of use and quality of musical product is outstanding.

This app is GREAT!! My director makes practice tracks for the various sections that have our parts accentuated on piano against the full choir and orchestra on the track. The problem with those is that the notes are played rather than sung. Perhaps we can learn to hum or whistle our parts but learning to sing them is much easier when using this app. Now I can sing along with the app anywhere and anytime.

Really helpful format, making practice for those who do not have a keyboard a very enjoyable experience. Good singers and great help for knowing the exact time to come in.

This is a terrific practice tool for choral singers. It is a much better experience than practicing with a recording of a work or singing along on as you play an instrument to learn a piece

V easy to use, good controls.

It is wonderful to hear your part sung, especially for one who cannot sight read very well, so I have to learn my part. If it were slightly cheaper per part/piece of music, or available as a subscription, I would happily give a fifth star, but for now, I will try to learn my part online.

Rehearsing the Bach St. Matthew Passion for performances with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra and Nathalie Stutzmann. I had to miss a couple of rehearsals due to illness and these tracks are fantastic. Clear, excellent vocal example, beautiful German. Bravo to all involved in the production!

Okay. Main job: it accelerated me on the parts I was learning. So that's a big tick, job done, or so you'd think. Here are my room-for-improvements:

1) I keep trying to trigger Play/Pause with the spacebar ... as is conventional on just about every other player out there. Instead, this jumps me down the page, forcing me to interrupt flow, put down my book and lift hand to mouse to scroll back up and click on the Pause button. It's a little thing, you'd think, but really annoying.

2) Also good would be an addition to the Slow setting to enable practice at 75% speed. (It might make the audio a bit more bearable as well.)

3) The time-stretched vocal is absolutely terrible. At normal speed the voices sound real, but the slowed versions make a good case for sacrificing vibrato for realistic robot/AI 'vocals'.

4) Also good would be the abillity to vary the highlighted voice volume relative to the backing track.

5) Any chance of bookmarks so we can mark the point at which we wish to jump back in for next practice?

EDIT: Many thanks to the developer. I do appreciate that you have made this resource available to the world in a free version. Enhancements along the lines suggested (especially if it incorporated an updated interface) would encourage me to subscribe. All the best.
