ups lost our shipment…
ups lost our shipment so when it arrived all of the meat was spoiled. chop box had already warned us so it was expected. i called rich and he replaced the entire shipment no charge. great service from start to finish. top notch organization with both great meats and service.

Absolutely great
Absolutely great, quality meat package. The various meats were not fatty or junk cuts. In addition, they were very prompt in shipping and everything arrived neatly packaged and cold.

I placed an order to be sent to my sister in another state
I placed an order to be sent to my sister and her husband. He had been very ill and needed to have a special diet which included lean steaks. I had never heard of Chop Box but decided to try it since she lives in another state, I was not able to just go to a butcher and bring something over.
Chop Box was the perfect solution! She rec'd the order in two days and sent me pictures of the beautiful steaks they received. They were very happy with the quality and taste when she cooked them (and sent more pictures!). I was very happy to have found Chop Box and will definitely use it again for myself as well. Thank you!

I have ordered from Chop box several times and I am satisfied with the quality of meats and seafood. However on my last delivery I ordered two packs of lamb chops. They are supposed to have 4 3oz chops in each pack but one of the packs had only 2 3oz. Lamb chops.

Chop Box is run by overly sensitive CRYBABIES!!! They will except your order and then being the cowardly persons that they are, then they refund you your money within minutes!!! Omaha Steaks and Kansas City Steaks are run by people who have character. I pity Chop Box!!!

My order was delayed by UPS
My order was delayed by UPS, some items were defrosted. Customer Service responded to my complaint immediately and made everything perfect. I have a customer for a few years, this was the first time I had problem, it was taken care of immediately.
