The product line looks great
The product line looks great. My only issue is that I would like the option to purchase a physical gift card to give as my gift. Sometimes that makes the gift easier and more tangible. [Especially for us older folks!!]

I got what I ordered
I got what I ordered, was notified of arrival, arrived when they said it would. I’ve only had the steaks; They were fresh, tasty and tender. Everything arrived frozen in air tight package. Looking forward to eating the other meats I ordered.

Fantastic Company! Great meats/fish!
I regularly order from Chop Box because you can't beat the quality of their meats for the price and now, because you can't beat their customer service! We had an issue with some salmon we purchased recently, and Chop Box customer service more than made up for the inconvenience! Not only did they refund the price of the fish, they gave us a gift card to use on our next order! The next time I ordered salmon, using the very generous gift card, the salmon was awesome! Love this company! Will continue to buy!

High shipping costs
I received a gift card from my daughter, I was excited to pick out a selection of meats from this company, until I went to checkout and found that the shipping was a third of my gift card, really 49.99 for shipping.

Great experience
Everything was packaged well, arrived frozen and the meat is excellent quality. I love the a la carte ordering, so I can get what I need. Pricing is good, especially for the meat quality. We will definitely be returning to purchase more in the future.

Your meat is fantastic
Your meat is fantastic. The bacon was way too thick. It will be great to sauté for casseroles and anything that calls for bacon like beef bourguignon, but not a breakfast meat. Flavor is great.

Good meat .
I ordered filet center cut. They were not all center cuts. Good but disappointing. In the future please send only center cuts.

The meat was nice
The meat was nice, but my steaks were all different sizes which made presentation and grilling a bit pre difficult. The packaging was an issue with all the products but it the worst with burgers. The packaging leaked when defrosting on 3 of 5 packages.
Packaging needs to be addressed, they need a better sealer.
