What I thought was a $.078 /kw turned into a $.14 /kw. If I hadn’t read the contract I would have been in for a bigger bill than anticipated.

Hi, Tammy. Thank you for sharing your experience, and we hear you. Pricing concerns can be really frustrating. Electricity plans can vary based on usage levels, plan structure, and market conditions, which is why we provide tools like bill estimates and Electricity Facts Labels to help customers understand what to expect before enrolling. While we don’t set electricity prices, we’re always happy to review feedback and help clarify plan details. Please contact powercustomerservice@redventures.com if you’d like us to look into this further.
