I liked the broker I worked with
I liked the broker I worked with, she was pleasant and knowledgeable. However, I never got the followup information in an email after I chose a provider. I called the new provider and after 2 phone calls and being transferred numerous times I got the ESL letter. Which I read and was concerned with the fine print. So I ran it through AI and upon further research I discovered that I would be paying more than I thought.My energy charge was great but The distribution charge can go up within your contract even with a bundle and even a small change can run up your bill if you use alot of kwh. I decided this company was not a good fit for me and subsequently cancelled my enrollment within the 3 day time frame. My advice is to give the broker at least 6 mos worth of bills and compare with other companies. This charge increase is beyond the control of your broker, provider it is governed by the state and can cost you alot based on the energy you use.
