glass bowl broke after cleaing in hot water what a waste of money and time !!! bongs for 110 GBP and cane went after 5 months what a loser company they told me is wearing....if you have good quality glass it will not brake under hot water

Thank you for providing extra information. I can see now that you did order off us 8 months ago and then contacted us after 7 months to say that the lift-out bowl for your bong had cracked. I'm afraid I have to stand by my decision at the time. The bong itself is undamaged and its perfectly normal that those parts do succumb to damage from wear and tear after use. We offered you access to a range of replacements that will fit your bong and gave you the specifics for you to purchase it elsewhere. I'm sorry but that is all we can do on this matter.

I ordered the Glass 32cm 7mm "Oil Slick" Blue Rainbow bong as it’s the bong I had previously before it smashed and loved it unfortunately my new one i ordered had chips and cracks but rich the awesome guy at chongz sorted me out and fast reply to my emails whenever Iv had issues rich has always went above and beyond to sort them asap some items may not arrive amazing quality but the company itself is amazing and always does there best to help you where and when they can
