Chitram TV services are excellent.last 2year I am using chitram tv

Decided to try Chitram TV after receiving recommendation from a friend. It's been a year since and Chitram TV hasn't disappointed. Good collection of regional and entertainment channels. I do experience occasional buffer issues but hopefully should be resolved by the technical support if I were to reach out to them. A good experience overall.

It seems to be a fraudulent service. I paid the full amount one month ago, and the box has not been delivered yet. They initially agreed to deliver within 2 weeks but have continued to commit to multiple delivery dates after that. I'm still waiting after a month. My experience with their service has been very poor. I will continue to update the details here.

Worst pay service. Fake company and fraudsters. Do not but their subscription.

Don’t buy this it’s a scam , I have ordered the device 3 weeks ago and they keep telling this will arrive next week , still haven’t received it . When I asked for a refund they said it’s not their policy to refund money . This is a scam don’t pay !!!!!!!!!!

It’s been 20 days since I paid in advance, I have not recieved anything so far and no one is willing to share anything or listening to me even after repeated request.
Updating my review as box arrived on 25th day and so for so good.

I am using Chitram for last 4 years, and it is the best and economic way to enjoy variety of channels. In single subscription you can enjoy news, sports, music, cinema etc. I have had problems with streaming and sounds at times, but manageable. Subscription fee is very reasonable.

Been using Chitram TV for couple of years. Good amount of Indian channels. Some of the channels do not play previous recorded movies and shows but otherwise overall it is very good.

A good IPTV service. Has a huge range of channels and movies. Especially a boon for anyone who loves sports. Highly recommended.

I had a very bad experience with Chitram tv. I will not recommend this to anyone as I had placed my order on 31st May and they send the box and after 3 weeks. The TV box was faulty as confirmed by the their own IT team. I had sent the box back to the sales team after informing them of the issue. Later they have sent another tv box after 3 weeks in early July 2023. I have tested the box and it was not working again. Upon the team’s advice I checked the box in my friend’s tv in my building and it was again not working so it was not an issue with my TV but with the box. I had brought this issue to Chitram tv’s sales team and requested them for a refund as I do not want further hassles. However the team informed me to send the box again and they will send another box. I had told them the previous instance to check and send the new box which they have not done and now they want me to send it back. Further they mentioned that they cannot give a refund. This is a bad customer service and experience and I will not recommend anyone to purchase from them

I rarely watch TV programs and whenever I wanted to Watch something there’s a problem with the channel, just to quote you some examples - when there was IPL finals there’s some issues and today I wanted to watch yesterday’s super singer it’s not playing up. To add fuel to the fire the technical support is one of the worst I have spoken to in my life. They are being so rude and it the guy talking to me like they were providing me the subscriptions for free. I didn’t ask them for any benefits I was asking them to provide the service which I have paid for. This will be my last year subscription with them and I definitely won’t let anyone buy this useless product.

Please note : there will be channels playing and not every channels have the problem, but you can’t watch what they play and everyone have their own priorities in watching.
