I am a Chitram TV Germany subscriber.
My subscription id is : xxxx662

I had called in their 24x7 customer support number : +49 30 xxxx2567 to report an issue with my Chitram TV android app which I am facing since renewal of my subscription earlier this month.
I am really disappointed and sorry to say the executive who was supposed to help me troubleshoot was rather trying to tutor me to use Chitram TV set top box for an issue with the Chitram TV android app.
I had been using the application before renewing the subscription without much of a problem although there was consistent issues in streaming.
Now after renewal the app is logging me out continuously whenever I choose a channel. This has been happening since last few days.
Kindly bring this to the attention of whoever concerned and do the needful.
Instead of admitting the failure in the Android app it is absolutely unnecessary to provoke customers who call for raising complaint. I hope It’s customer service and it’s called like that for a reason.

If it does not work they wont give refund. And it will not work easy way of making money.

I am very happy with Chitram as it's reasonable price for so many channels and movies. Good to watch all the cricket matches, now in 4k as well. One slight issue is buffering some times but other than that it's amazing.

I have been using Chitram TV for over 20 months and i have had absolutely no issues with it.Recently they have started delivering 4K content on some of the channels and as long as you have a good Internet connection Chitram TV will work like a charm
