Brilliant Service ! From the start. Not only did they help source a better computer than I had chosen that had higher specs and was cheaper from a reputable shop (John Lewis), but they also transferred all the date from an ancient computer to it. Made sure all the apps were working (ie microsoft office). But also had the patience of answerinf a thousand questions related to the computer being set upa nd all the various IT issues by members of the household. They also did a follow up to make sure all was working and if we were happy. Thank you Steve and Steven.

Steve is one of a kind: old style customer values, amazingly generous with his time, very clear explanations and a font of decades ' worth of expertise. Talk to him before deciding you need more memory or a new laptop.A rare gem.

Unfortunately, I was forced to buy a brand new Windows 11 desktop computer last October due to upgrading. They are so different. Stephen from Chiswick computers had tremendous expertise in the workings of this new computer : he explained everything I needed to know with expertise and clarity of thought. I shall most definitely contact Stephen again for further lessons. I recommend this company 100 %.

Chiswick Computers are utterly reliable and their charges surprisingly reasonable. On this occasion -- erratic touchpad behaviour -- Steven couldn't reproduce the problem during his visit, so no apparent cure despite his thorough investigation. But he seems to have the magic touch because now everything continues to work perfectly!

It’s immensely helpful to have external support for the inevitable glitches that occur with desktops and email. Steve is skilled at interceding and resolving problems remotely and his hosting services feel like they are adding an extra layer of security to webmail.

I was very satisfied with Steve's work. He installed the following items in my Laptop
1. Norton Security system.
2. Back-up system for automatic storage in Cloud
3. He greatly improved my use of the "Mozilla Thunderbird' system after it was malfunction.
Steve is a true Professional who takes pride in his work and I would highly reccomend him.

This is the second time Steve has set up a new computer for me. He also fixed my printer. He is immensely knowledgeable and does a brilliant job. I wouldn't use anybody else.

Fantastic service. I rang this morning with a major issue with my emails. Within 2 hours it was sorted and Steve was very patient and helpful. If I have any more problems I will certainly contact them again.

I had a hard disk crash with no backup of a year's work. Steven the engineer at Chiswick Computers was briliant. He patiently and carefully managed to extract data from the damaged disk, take my iMac apart and with his large box of tools put in a new disk and repair the computer which is now as new, and all my data saved (and with it my 'life'). Steven showed exceptional skill and knowledge. [In contrast, when I contacted Apple, I had no useful assistance or advice]. I strongly recommend Chiswick Computers.

I rang to explain my problem and Steve told me he could arrange for his colleague Steven to come to my house and fix it.
