Fantastic experience buying from Kevin - slight delay to the order due to the backlog (not very long at all), but was kept up to date throughout the wait. Slight hiccup in missing a controller and non-essential cable from the order, but was sorted extremely quickly and they came the next day. Great service.

Would highly recommend if you're looking for an RGH console. Great price and a fast turnaround, the guy is also very responsive on Whatsapp too if you have any questions.

Netherlands one start rating review, i have nothing to do with Trust pilot, its a scam to get money from business by holding business to ransom by letting slighted unskilled people to leave bad reviews, So Antoni from the Netherlands, Lets tell it how it was, instead of reaching out to mention you had a problem with the product you just got your monkey fist out and hit the neutral review button, dont think it was the negative button as i would of had it removed. Having sold 1000's of these without issue, apart from when the issue laid elsewhere and that having been confirmed the noble person accepts the fact, then along comes you, worse kind of person to troll Ebay, you have not a clue what you are doing and get upset that you cant do the job and dont posess the skills so naturally you want to blame the part, not the tool doing the job.

Fantastic service all round. Console was turned around for RGH in around a week.

Bought a xbox elite controller joystick of them on Ebay. Came taped to a piece of paper, in an mail bag, of course not surprised when it didn't work. Cheap part poor quality. So when I left them a neutral feedback they responded rudely claiming the packaging is good enough, and it's the instalation that was the problem not the cheap part, they also looked at my purchase history stating that from what I have purchased it doesn't look like I've done something like this before.
Well how rude is that from a seller, and not everyone buys everything from eBay, this isn't the first joystick I've replaced, just the first one that didn't work after because it was a cheap part . You get what you pay for.

Ordered a Ninfinate stealth RGH 360 best rgh I've ever had Kev did an amazing job I couldn't be happier and the read me sheet is a life saver when setting it up and loads of games and menu's 10/10 really happy with my purchase and the work kev has done is a miracle and very professional with very quick responses to any question you have

Ordered a Rgh xbox 360, was given weekly updates while the backlog of orders came down, and then once it arrived it was super quick with next day delivery, it was packaged well and came with information to help a first timer, and even then any questions I had with the seller was answered fast, definitely would recommend helps being back nostalgic in a lot of ways and allows a bigger library to enjoy the 360 in a new world.

Shopped twice so far with chipchopmod, once on eBay and once direct. Each time I couldn't of asked for better service. The parts are cheap and affordable but are great quality. I will be a regular customer from now on

Bought my first RGH console from ChipChopMod and it was everything it said it was. Received it very fast and Kevin was super helpful and responsive to my questions. Very happy with it and would recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy service

Ordered the Xbox 360 E on the 04 08 2024 console was received on the 18 08 24 via RM 24
The owner Kevin supplied the E console with a Phat official MS Power supply with a E power Jack converter cable
The phat 360s PSU is better engineered and has higher quality components than the one MS ships the E with from the factory
The E is as described and is plug and play ready to go, as its region free it can play content from any region be it legitimate or copied material - this is extremely useful for downloading delisted material which is no longer available due to 360 store being shut down and MS no longer supporting the console
Even though no longer officially supported don't let this console fool you, has a very active community behind it, plus you can play totally free online via unity xlink feature with other RGH owners The mod is done professionally by Kevin who is very friendly and helpful
High price tag but its worth it knowing its correct and not some back ally install

Brilliant, Fast and Reliable service sent off an Xbox for RGH at the start of the week and had it back by the end of the week. Very happy with service provided.

Have been purchasing from ChipChopMod since pre-covid lockdown - always fast delivery, owner is pleasant to deal with. Any issues I have had have been swiftly resolved with no drama.

Superb customer service, goods on time every time. Regarding the previous review I can only state that xflashers or other electronic components do not break on their own, I would envisage that it was user error and maybe your attitude towards the seller was rude and condescending.

Absolutely dreadful got a xflasher from him and it broke within a week so I ask for a replacement and he blocked me so I had to go through the bank and tried to buy some wire a few weeks later and he cancelled my order and emailed me saying I make dodgy consoles he was telling me not to use resistors on rgh3 DO NOT BUY FROM HIM
