My ordered item was delivered very quickly and very well packaged for items that are china. Initially it turned out that I ordered the wrong item (my own fault) so had to return for a refund. Had an email from them to confirm receipt of return and refund processed. Very good customer service.

My order was delivered promptly and efficiently. The parcel was very well wrapped and all the crockery arrived safely and correctly.
I was phoned up to chat about my order with suggestions for other ways in which I might buy what I wanted. Although I didn’t choose to do this it was thoughtful and helpful.

The good arrived intact, but the outer packaging was all but destroyed. The driver was most perturbed when he asked "what is in it" "China" I replied. I had, at his request, to unpack and check, in the dark on a cold winter night.

Outer packaging needs to be more robust.

Excellent comms and customer service as my item was on back order. Very professional and I would highly recommend.

The dishes arrived well packaged and just as I ordered. The delivery was a week later than stated. Weather may have affected shipping although this was not indicated by FedEx. My package toured around the US before arriving in the major Canadian city where I live. Surely FedEx has a more direct route.
