I was unhappy with the two dolls…
I was unhappy with the two dolls purchased, the company promised to refund however have now just stopped responding to my emails. I’m now stuck with two dolls that are of poor quality and not worth the price tag.
Update: chimi doll have NOT sent a shipping label as they said?? I could live without the dolls being silicone bodied, the main issue is with the quality of the dolls, they are cheap replicas and not worth what I paid. They did initially offer to refund one of the dolls however I did not want to keep them @chimidoll, send me the shipping label to enable the return please

As discussed previously, we did offer a refund in line with our return policy and provided a return shipping label. Unfortunately, we did not receive any further response or a returned package from you.
We always stand by our products and are happy to assist if you’re willing to continue the return process.

my daughter purchased herself a reborn with pocket money saved but was left disappointed the doll is not as full as it is in the pictures on website and the clothes are way too big the body is very thin i have purchased better from smyths

The doll you ordered is a vinyl body doll. Because there is an interactive trigger on the back, the back of the doll is designed to be a bit flatter so the trigger can fit naturally and stay integrated with the doll. This can make the doll look less full compared to the photos.

Beautiful baby doll Ruby and excellent customer service
We ordered a beautiful doll for our 6 year old little girl for her birthday and she was so happy. The doll (Ruby) looked exactly like the photo which was a big relief as you never know what is going to arrive!
We had some delays due to the event typhoons but Chimidoll were fantastic, the weather was completely out of there control but we were kept informed and customer service have been amazing.
The doll is perfect for children looking for a more realistic doll and is a great size similar to a newborn baby.
Highly recommended

It did not arrive on time
It did not arrive on time. It was to be my daughter’s Christmas gift. She is 7. I still haven’t got it yet so I can’t even tell if we like it yet or not. She does know she has a gift coming late but this was all she ask for. Tracking isn’t even legit it seems bc it won’t tell me where it is. Also no one got back to us on that part 😞
