Wish I’d checked reviews before buying. Ordered as stocking fillers towards Christmas weeks ago, weeks on still nothing and now even though I have proof of purchase, the money leaving my bank and confirmation email with order number on, the same order number apparently doesn’t exist. Absolutely disgusting, people work hard for their money and have families to feed and the likes of these con artists take our money knowing full well we will never receive the items and then even have the cheek to ignore all emails. Avoid avoid avoid.

Company stole my card details and made fraudulent transactions AND I didnt even get my phone holders!

Ordered two weeks ago and haven’t received anything. Wish I’d checked this first.

Ordered 3 on 16th October 2025, said would arrive via Royal Mail in 5-7 working business days. Order allegedly sent out on the 24th October 2025 with an erroneous tracking number. It’s now 14th November and I have received absolutely nothing. Emailed so-called company and they don’t email you back again. Total scam and would avoid at all cost. Sadly it seems their website is still active and unsuspecting buyers are unaware that it’s a scam.

Orders x2 on the 20/10 and nothing. Emailed twice with no reply! Don’t waste your money!!!!!!

Ordered, got email confirming order, nothing arrived, tried contacting them to no avail. THIS IS A SCAM.

Scam company - don’t buy. Ordered 2 for 59.00 just before Xmas 24. Never arrived. They do not answer emails also

I ordered 4 of the Chill Mate units & received an email saying my order was confirmed, then heard nothing. I emailed them 3 times for an update/refund & have not heard anything back.
This must be a SCAM. I would not recommend anyone buy from this website. My next email is to Fair Trading as i'm now out $125.00 & have nothing to show for it. Absolutely disgusted.

I ordered 4 of the personal air conditioners and received products that were not the same as the units advertised. They also did not do what they were advertised. I emailed the company telling them I didn't want the units and asked for a refund. They asked me to follow the refund procedure on the website, and would get a refund IF I qualified. I did so and haven't heard back from them at all This was over the Christmas break so I assumed they were on holiday. I asked PayPal to look into it and they told me I no longer qualified since it was 30 days past the purchase date. Considering it took over 2 weeks for the units to be delivered, I think this is a bit rich. Anyway, word of warning to others. Don't waste your money on Chillmate. It's a rubbish cheap product that doesn't do what it says in the advertising. $160 worth of landfill. Really disappointing.
