Ordered the Xmas Callander box set in…
Ordered the Xmas Callander box set in November, and despite the snow that causes chaos in the UK it arrived one day later than expected but in plenty of time to crack open the first one on December 1st, which did not disappoint.
All the sauce’s, oils, and flakes are awesome with great flavour and plenty of variety. The case is pretty slick too.

Thank you so much for the review. We try at all odds to get shipments to you. If you do not receive your parcel we work tirelessly to get your sauces to you, and will resend and refund you if they dont arrive. Sometimes shipping is out of our hands, but we take responsibility. Glad you enjoyed!

Ordered for delivery for 2-4 days and have been sent an email on delivery now coming from France so will be taking a long time. Have no birthday present for my dad now

We work hard to ensure parcels are dispatched on time with our partners at UPS, but it seems the holiday rush and a weekend delivery overlap may have caused unexpected delays. Please rest assured we are doing everything we can to improve and avoid this happening in the future.

Awful customer service
Avoid !!!!! Awful customer service. I sent numerous emails and messages through not on the high street in order to obtain a response. 6 weeks later they finally said they would send another product out to me to resolve the issue. It appears the product has not been sent out as I have not received it and yet again have ignored my emails.
It's now 4 days before Xmas and I am without a gift, and have wasted so much time having to continuously chase them.

Great customer service
First, the sauces are fantastic. A big thumbs up from everyone at this end on everything we've tried.
Second, customer service has been excellent. I had an issue with UPS (who kept me waiting all day and then just left it on my doorstep the next day) and Chilli No5 responded immediately and offered to resend my order via a different (better!) courier. Full marks from me and a much happier customer who will return when i need more palate-stimulation!

Bonnes sauces épicées avec un bon rapport qualité/prix
Ma commande est arrivée rapidement et bien emballée. Les sauces bien épicées sont trés savoureuses et conditionnées dans des petites bouteilles en verre. J'en recommenderai certainement prochainement.

I love the chilli No5 pizza oil
I love the chilli No5 pizza oil, I use it on all foods from pasta to cheese on toast. I love the bottle with the gold spout that looks great on your table as well as making it easy to pour the oil over what ever you want. They also do a lot of other chilli oils to suit all needs. But I can highly recommend if you like chilli oil it has the perfect kick to it.
