The customer service I have received from Chilli No.5 has been one of the best I have ever had.
Had an issue with delivery which I managed to sort at 20:20 at night with someone on whatsapp.
Absolutely great and would recommend.

Quick EU delivery and great quality
The process of shopping and delivery were flawless - I received a package in something about a week, having ordered it from Poland. Contents were safely packed, and endured the transport without any damage

Super content de ma commande chez Chili No 5. Je vais tester le ketchup épicé à la grande épicerie, Paris, et j'ai donc fait une commande de plusieurs sur le site Internet pour mon père. Livraison, super rapide depuis UK et paquet préparé avec égard. Merci!

Glad I chose a range of different products (hot sauces, dried chilis and chili oil) as I've found uses for them all, and love them all.
Everything was beautifully packaged and would make great gifts. My purchases were for myself and I'm more than happy with everything I bought.
