If I could give this company zero star, I absolutely would-unfortunately that's not an option.
The clothing quality was underwhelming, but the real highlight was the exceptional customer service.
I paid to return the item, get offered a 30% discount instead of a refund and then was asked for a tracking number for a package they already received. Truly impressive- NEVER AGAIN WILL SHOP HERE AGAIN

I received the order but it was too big, I reached out to them and they offered for me to keep the item with a discount. I then messaged them again and said the discount will not change the fact that I can't fit the item. They than offered me a bigger discount, once again not addressing the issue of the item being too big. I then went online and made a complaint and that is when they reached out yet again and gave instructions on how to return the item. I have since returned the item and I have yet to hear from them. I am out of $53 with no merchandise and no more responses from them. Dont order from them unless you have time and money to waste.

A scam company! I ordered clothes from them and when I received them I didn't like the quality and the size was too big. I contacted them the day after I received the package and wanted to return the clothes, but I didn't get that, but the only answer I got for several weeks was an offer of a discount if I kept the clothes. Every time I wrote NO I want to return them, and finally I got an email saying that 14 days have passed and that means it's too late and that they therefore can't help me! So now I have to pay 1500 Swedish kronor for clothes I can't use. So this is a scam company that only wants to sell and not replace or return what you ordered. I am so terribly disappointed and 1500 kr poorer!

For years I have ordered dresses from this company and was very pleased with the results but it changed all last end of 2023. I ordered 3 items and one was a wrong order as I have that one already - I only realised after having paid.

I contact them immediately 29 June 2023 to send a different item together with the other 2 and oh my gosh......I was sending messages to and fro for weeks/months until 30 June 2024 (a whole year) "- and still have not received my order which I paid for".

There is no way I can telephonically explain what I said in text messages at all and every time it was someone else texting which meant the original issue was 'lost' ...

Seems they only happing take your money and just send the order - not dealing with returns or any issues.

It feels to me they just don't care. Im really sad as I was very happy with my previous orders for many years.

I previously received one item where the zip was sewn on 'inside out' and knew it would not be sorted contacting them so I had it fixed by someone else - "which cost more than the item".

On another occasion, the dress I ordered was way too big and I wanted to return or swop it but it was impossible as "they definitely don't return and refund" (as their policy says)

I lost quite a sum of money to this company sadly. They could have been so good but sadly they don't care as they know there is nothing you can do because they are 'THERE....' and you are 'HERE...'

I really loved their clothing but somewhere one should draw the line.

i ordered my wife a pair of jeans, from the look in the advert they were proper quality.
when they FINALLY arrived 10 days late, the quality of the material is very poor indeed, they are designed to have zips up the entire legs, and they do have this feature BUT in the manufacturing procedure the zips have been sewn in twisted (by more than an INCH) they look stupid, fit only on a clown.
they have suggested we give them to a friend as a 'gift' rather than return them, i guess they still have enough shabby rubbish to send out without them being returned.
AVOID AT ALL COST
it's far below second hand stall quality at good money prices.

It is a scam! You pay 10 EUR for delivery plus for the products. It came in a poor quality and they do not want to return me any money. I wrote them several messages and I am still waiting for second product. They wrote me that I need to send the 1x product on my own costs back to Brazil, which costs more then product!!! And they send the prodcut ony after I wrote them 15 messages and still waiting for the second one. SO DO NOT ORDER THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This company is unacceptable. Customer services no help at all they don’t care about you they only care about your money!!

The outfits quality is horrible The customer help they just wanna go back-and-forth with other options other than returning your money even if you just ask for the address to send it back they will still go back-and-forth I replied to them day one that I received my items that I did not want them that was too big they’re horrible, they offering was 5% 20% to return my money and keep the items I had to go over and over with them letting him know I do not want the items just send me an address to return them their items and I am getting nowhere.

Gider i ikke godt stoppe med at sende åndsvage mails hele tiden. Har prøvet alt for at fjerne dem, i spam mail, sendt jer beskeder, men ligemeget hvad bomber i mig med jeres l...... ps: jeg er en mand og går ikke i damatøj. så i skal bygges væk

I have received my package in a timely manner. Everything is in great condition. The quality of the clothing is wonderful. Everything I ordered is extremely well made. I'm so very pleased with the customer service and I'm excited to further my shopping experience with chickme!

Bestilte vare for godt en måned siden, modtog bekræftelse med det samme, og har så intet hørt siden. Nu er den julefrokost jeg skulle bruge blusen til overstået sååååååå..........

Varning!Blufföretag! Har aldrig handlad hos dem men har en innestående betalning på 1562. Kundtjänst svarar ej. Kontaktade dem på Facebook och vill ha mina kortuppgifter igen. Polisanmält och kortet spärrad.

My daughter wanted a dress for military ball and was extremely happy with it...It was almost late but I really can't say anything bad at all.

Avoid!! Selling rubbish clothing. Looks different from pictures and faulty. After contact them for full refund and return item.. Not get any address and they ready to return 30 percent of all..

This company sucks!! They work on bait and switch with you. What you order does not look like what they send you. Then when you try and get a refund. They offer you $5 coupon and then a $10 coupon. Lesson learned dealing with this China company! Never again.

If i could give -300 stars I would! The policy is you can return items up to 14 days. You get in touch with customer service team and they keep on trying to sell you discounts for days and then when you say no (i said it like 10x)and you finally get the adress to return your items to they say its too late as it passed the return time. Its unbelievable that this company still exists. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVEEEEEER. THIEVES!

What a disgrace. This is a company based in China so dont expect it to be USA company. Order recieved missing items, others damaged and what was in good condition had some very weird sizes. Regretably we ordered some 20 items and what we ended up with are rags. The company did not even acknowledge the condition of the damaged or missing items, simply saying they checked the weight and all items were sent...what a con

Fattades en klänning, dom säger att den fanns med. Men det gjorde den inte. Så man blir lurad. Kvaliten är ok. Inte den bästa men godkänt. Tråkigt bara att dom inte kan stå för sitt misstag. Men betala får jag göra ändå.
