ChicDay ignoring request for Refund
On 12th June I read a message from ChicDay saying they were wrongly sending me out a Size8 white blouse, I immediately asked them to cancel it - as I had ordered a Size20 (3XL).
But a Size8 arrived in my mail on 24th June, so I emailed their 'Customer Service' department asking how to do a return & receive a Refund.
I have now had to email them five times, as all they keep doing is sending me the same automatic reply - ironically ending by thanking customers for "TRUSTING" them.😡 But how can I TRUST them when they keep ignoring their mistake, & my request for a REFUND?!!
As they seem not to understand and deal with this properly, professionally, I am sadly coming to the conclusion they are a scam organisation & would advise others to avoid using them.
