The customer service was excellent …
The customer service was exceptional especially considering I was being pretty annoying about delivery because I was panicking the item wouldn’t arrive on time. They could not have been more responsive and helpful.

Very quick and easy!
The order got shipped incredibly fast and my dark wood clock looks incredible! There was a small mix-up with the engraving but it was very easy to reach their customer service portal and have it amended! Would definitely buy something from them again in the future! :)

Wonderful Experience!
Working with ChessGammon has been an all around wonderful experience. The price was very fair, the product itself is great, and the customer service is exceptional! I purchased a tournament sized backgammon board that could have easily cost 2x as much at other stores. I had a small problem with my purchase, but it was resolved very quickly. It was packaged well and arrived within 48 hours. I have nothing but high praise for ChessGammon!

Custom made product
I called the customer help number and a polite and professional gentleman help me with my request. I got exactly what I wanted, a custom made product (dice) to my specifications, all of this for the price on the website.
I would give this company 10 out of 5 (if that would be possible).
