Very flexible on dates and great service. Janet was great in sorting out our move - from the estimating process to the guys who did the move (in the snow!) - a top company.

Excellent service. I opted for the full packing service in addition to the dismantling and re-assembly service, and it was the best decision I've made.

The whole process was excellent, from the original enquiry handling from Paula, to the surveyor visit and then onto the move.

Charlie and Kevin handled and facilitated the move, and I can't speak highly enough of them. Nothing was an issue for them and they were extremely positive and efficient. Moving house can be extremely stressful but at no point did we feel stressed, which was in large part due to the excellent work of Charlie and Kevin.

I can't speak highly enough of the service I've received and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again for all your help.

We were so impressed by the care taken and the respect shown when packing our things. Not to mention how friendly and fast the removals guys were! An expensive outlay but honestly worth every penny. 5 stars across the board.

I moved on 2nd December 2024. Cheshire removals were fabulous with customer service and problem solving g and Jason and Kyle worked above and beyond on the actual packing and delivery. Fantastic team and a straightforward moving experience.

We made a pretty big move, from the South Coast to Cheshire, and used the full packing service. David, Stephen, Paula, Janet and the whole team were fantastic from start to finish. Extremely quick to reply to a range of queries and happy to explain all elements of the plan, the quote, and the process.

Moving house is naturally stressful, and these guys allayed worries and added no additional stress.

They arrived promptly on moving out and in days. Moving out with the full packing service obviously took a fair amount of time (slightly longer than anticipated, and they recognised that maybe they were one person down on the day), and the lads had already had a few days of work so all credit to them for their positive attitude, and the care and attention they took with our belongings to get the job done properly. We lived in a flat, and they navigated the lift and stair situation really well too.

Everything arrived in exactly the same condition, other than a minor chip in a bedframe, everything fragile was well packed, and for us this included a lot of framed pictures, mirrors, and glasses. They also collect the boxes once you've unpacked too.

All-in-all a great experience from a personable team who did a thorough and professional job. Highly recommended.

Moving on my own was frightening. Cheshire Removals staff were kind , supportive and very efficient. It is good to see real teamwork in action.

Before the actual move the admin staff were great at coping with our changable dates. However, when it came to our removal the team who did our move were exceptional. Nothing was too much for them, Their working day with us was from 08:10 until 19:45, including for some of the time working in a blizzard!

Three fantastic young men helped us move - Austin, Stephen and Jack. They worked so hard and nothing was too much trouble. It was a long, long day and they stayed chirpy from start to finish.

Absolutely brilliant.

The negative was the guy who quoted the job. He looked around the house for five minutes and said it was an easy job.

The van was too small and it made packing really difficult. Instead of ‘two hours’ it took the boys three hours to load and they couldn’t fit two expensive planters.

We could not have received a better service from start to finish.
Both ladys were more than helpful in the office, but on the whole I delt mainly with Janet, who walked me through every step of the process.
We got an excellent quote, much cheaper than there competitors.
On the day of the move, our removals van turned up on time, with three of the loveliest guys. They went above and beyond to help us, nothing was to much trouble. Very respectful, friendly and considerate.
