Where do I start!!!

I previously bought a £50 box (misrepresented might I add) it was rubbish please see previous review.

I gave the company the benefit of the doubt considering the price etc now… Cherry cosmetics have a £50 minimum spend on their website, so I made an additional order for individual packets of products.. Huge mistake!

When I received my package I opened to check all was ok, on first glance I was happy, however these products I intended to sell- unlike the first random cosmetic box, so I get to work checking the batch codes.

My my my, none of the products were less than 4 years old! Some were 9 years old! Absolutely abysmal, now I’m a strong believer in karma, and we don’t want to put potentially dangerous products out on the market and potentially cause someone harm! Especially with facial products. So I emailed the company and requested a return…. Crickets.

I then thought I had better check the products I had gotten from the first order (the handful that were ok to be used just by looking at them!) some of these products were manufactured over 15 years ago!!! You’ve got to be having me on, so I emailed to request a refund and disputed the transaction with my bank! Absolutely no way and I paying to use a product that could potentially damage my face!

When you say age limitation what you mean by this.
Are there any dates on the products.
If you mean by batch codes we dont go by batch codes.
We have clearly mention this in our terms and conditions.
It seems you were looking for full price items in this lot.
We did mention this lot is not for online sellers and clearly mention about the condition of the stock in the listing.

They don’t go by batch codes… like they do not have a legal obligation to ensure the stock they’re selling is fit for purpose and safe to use. Fair to say I have gone back quoted the laws they need to abide by and asked they issue a refund. I have also advised of reporting them to trading standards.

Stay clear of this company!! A few quid isn’t worth it!!!

It's difficult to make the payment, which they force you to make outside the site, they don't respond to emails or even on WhatsApp. To avoid.

I purchased a bulk quantity of products a number of months ago, when the order arrived half the products weren't the products I had ordered. The vast majority looked as if they'd been kept behind a dusty sofa for years; when I asked how they checked the products are in date they stated they don't and it's up to the buyer but that's only possible when you've received the goods. I returned part of my order however the company are disputing it has been returned despite evidence and are simply placing different barriers up persistently making it completely obvious they have no intention of returning any money to me and are just looking to prolong the process in the hope I give up. I've spent months trying to engage with them but it's been far to difficult to resolve issues that they should be capable of resolving.

If your re-selling products be very wary; i'm not sure you can claim a lot of these items are new, most are out of date and take the risk that if you do get sent out of date stuff they won't make it easy at all to get your money back.

Was a little weary due to some of the reviews on here. My favourite powder has just been discontinued and this was the only place I could find any in my shade left. I bought all 45 of them that were available. All 45 arrived, perfect condition and carefully packaged. Shipping was extremely fast as well. Took only a day or two.

I have been working with Cherry Cosmetic since 2020, and I am thoroughly impressed with their professionalism, quality of service, and commitment to delivering on time. From the outset, they have been incredibly responsive, always addressing my enquiries and concerns quickly and efficiently.

Things were going well until I had an issue with this supplier. I was a regular customer, buying goods from them. Unfortunately, I faced an issue with an order where they sent fewer units than I had ordered. I contacted them, but they ignored my emails. I tried calling, but they didn’t listen to my issue. When I used a different email, they replied, but stopped responding once I mentioned the issue.

Terrible service! I recommend avoiding this supplier, as you’ll regret choosing them if you ever have an issue.

I am unsure why I cannot get through to the company on the phone or via email so trying here. It is my first order with the company. Everything was lovely except for the broken items /nail polish/ which leaked into the rest of the parcel and that one of the items in my order was not included - but I have still been charged. I have no clue how the issues will be resolved due to zero communication. Overall this is a poor business practice that loses customers. I hope that things will be rectified with me soon as I do not want to be one of those customers!

Como pagué contrareembolso, no tengo factura, y la piden. Tienes que pagar los portes y no te devuelven el dinero, sino que te hacen un vale. Si te va bien lo solicitado, todo muy bien, pero sino, ya puedes dar por perdido el dinero como es mi caso
