This company is a total scam. AI customer service. The bot takes all your information to give customer support but you have to pay a "refundable" $5.00 fee to proceed.
Stay away from Cherish This!!!

I selected & paid for a beautiful bracelet for my son for his 21st.
Sadly I received an email from Cherish These saying that the order I paid for had experienced a delivery exception and that I was to ring a company in China! Cherish These have not attempted to assist with helping at all
Cherish These have taken my money and not delivered the gift - never again - such bad customer support - non-existent support!

Horrible wait time for product. Products are really cheap. There is no customer service. Go to Amazon, they have the same stuff and they guarantee. I wasted my money , don't do it!!

I would leave negative stars if I could. Scam of a company that’s advertises as “Canadian” but the only thing Canadian about it is the mailing address. Ordered from them at the beginning of February and still have not received my package. Told it was shipping from Canada but everything is from a sweatshop in China. Customer support is terrible and refuses to issue refunds, so now I have to go through the lengthy chargeback process. Save your money and find a reputable company that doesn’t thieve your money.

Ordered a gift for valentines day and paid extra so it would get delivered on time. It got delivered 4 days late. When valentine. day passed I contacted Cherish tree to let them know i no longer wanted the gift as i had to buy something else and the the only response i have received on both occasions is automated from AI. So in a nutshell, they didn't deliver on time even though I paid extra and if anything does go wrong, their customer service is much to be desired.

So after I had already ordered 2 items (the bear with the rose and necklace inside & a bouquet of forever roses) I had looked on here and seen that there was tons of bad reviews saying that people weren’t receiving anything or that it was different from what they ordered and that the customer service was bad so I was really nervous that I wasn’t gonna get anything or that it would come and look completely different but I just got them this morning and I’m definitely satisfied ! It is exactly what I ordered even though I wasn’t away that the eternal roses had to be assembled yourself lol but as far as the items went they are exactly what I ordered ! The only thing I can say negatively is that it did come a little late so I ordered on Feb 4th and it was supposed to be here like the day before or on Valentines and it just came today but I’m just happy I got what I ordered and I felt I had to come leave a review like this isn’t something I even do really lol I’ve never left a review but seeing all the bad ones on here had me so mad thinking my girlfriends valentines presents weren’t gonna come and I just don’t want everyone thinking there experience will be bad .

Package was ordered on the 23rd of January, So far my package 📦 has been in the process of being delivered since the 27th, it has reached the U.S on the 28th and today is the 31st saying out for delivery from the carrier which is yunexpress. It say from time sent out it usually takes 3-6hrs to be delivered and it has been over 8hrs still nothing. In 📬 or at front door.

Update:called customer service number and the a.i asked questions about my delivery setup due to fact the carrier went out to deliver and claimed they had problems. I have a unit number and mailbox is with multi mailboxes so I gave him directions to put on my porch when delivered in case he can't find my mailbox. 3day wait added so it should arrive 2/3/26

Worst experience paid 263$ for bracelets for my kids never got them still it’s been over month no customer service they’ll rip you off buy elsewhere

It's now January 13th 2026, and we still have not received our delivery. It appears to be stuck on with a Chinese delivery service somewhere, and all attempts to contact them have come up empty. At this point we've given up trying to get the package and would STRONGLY recommend people stay away from Cherish These (looking at their rating on Trustpilot, it seems we are not alone in our complete dissatisfaction - 2.3 rating). Why would you use a Chinese carrier to deliver to the Philippines?

I feel I have to leave a review as this company has so many bad reviews and my experience was much better. I had notification that my item had been delivered, which it hadn’t. I questioned it and was sent a photo of proof. Unfortunately the parcel was left in my apartment lobby in a corner. It was a very small parcel and could have looked like rubbish. Also the delivery company only had to come up a flight of stairs to post it, so it was not left in a “safe place”.
So not this company’s fault. They did refund the money after I questioned this. I don’t like the AI answers at customer service but, once you get past that, I couldn’t fault the response. I was very disappointed not to receive my order, but this was clearly the delivery company’s fault and not Cherish these.

According to your website, delivery was estimated within 7–10 days, which is why I placed this order in advance — it was intended as a birthday gift for my son on December 23. Unfortunately, the order has still not been delivered, and the tracking information has not shown any movement since December 22. Do not order from this website. It is a scam — nothing arrives and you cannot contact customer service. Total deception.

It's a scam. Did not receive product was waiting for the bracelet for Christmas . Tracking was delayed now no tracking to be found and have not received a cheap bracelet that I paid lots of money for. Do not order one it's a scam.

I am trying to return items and all I get is an IA bot. Why don't you have automatic returns?

Ordered Gift for my wife Early December. They provided me with Tracking No: As this item was required to arrive time by Xmas I became concerned when it hadn’t arrived by 22nd December. Then on the 24th December they advised that the item had been delivered to me when it had not. I’m afraid this company are Scammers.

Absolutely horrible company, no update on the product being delivered and then 10 days later received an update stating it was already delivered 9 days ago. Impossible to get a hold of UniUni the delivery company. They place you on hold for hours and miraculously you get disconnected. You try to fill out a complaint ticket online only to have it say it cannot be done
Don’t waste your time buying from this company either because when you try to contact them they only speak Chinese
