Great place to order from, a good selection of products, and so easy to find what you're looking for. Especially nice to have a lot of J beauty products, which I see less often. My products came the next day and were well packaged. This is my second time ordering from the store. I am so pleased with everything I received will continue ordering more from here in future. Most of all great customer service and a wonderful seller to do business with.

Becki runs a professional and excellent business. I am truly blown away by the quality of the products, packaging, courier time, and professionalism provided by Cheripai beauty. My products were delivered very quickly and packaged beautifully. I appreciated the kind note and lovely stickers as well. There was a minor error with my order, and Becki was very quick to respond with a number of generous solutions for my problem. She shipped out the missing item very quickly and was even kind enough to include some extra gifts. Overall, I would highly recommend this store to anybody interested in Asian beauty products. I couldn't have hoped for a better experience with Cheripai! I ordered from them to support a small business for a cleanser refill, and they had such a great selection that I ended up adding several extra items. My order arrived swiftly and was packaged securely in very cute (and sustainable!) packaging. The owner even included a little hand-written thank-you note and some stickers/extras which was super kind. Overall I was really impressed by this shop and I'll definitely stop by again when it's time to refill my cleanser!
