I was looking online to buy Kbeauty products that didn't have an extremely long wait time for delivery. I'm so happy I found Cheripai as once I ordered my items, my email said I would expect delivery in just a few days! No delays, no problems with items being out of stock and I like the little touch of the personalised "thank you" note included. I will definately be buying my Kbeauty products from here from now on.

I treated myself to some k-beauty makeup items from Cheripai, and my first ordering experience with this small business has honestly been fantastic. My order was dispatched very quickly and I was given full tracking information along the way. It arrived this morning and the products are all gorgeous! One of the products was the wrong item, however Becki responded to my email about it super fast and has sent out the correct item for me with express shipping. Mistakes like this happen, and it wasn't an inconvenience to me at all. The company went above and beyond to resolve the miniscule issue and I couldn't be happier. I'm so glad that I ordered with Cheripai and I'd 100% recommend them to anybody who wants to buy legitimate and excellent quality k-beauty products from a small company that is responsive and cares about their customers. P.S. the stickers and thank-you note in my parcel were absolutely adorable!
