I was informed only one day from…
I was informed only one day from delivery that my purchase from your company cannot be delivered to the Isle of Wight, unless I agreed to have it dropped off at a port near the island and find my own way of collecting or pay to have it transported onwards ,which would have cost as much as the item itself, no where on your web site did it say “does not delivery to the Isle of Wight”.

Hi Mark,
Thank you for reaching out. We’re sorry to hear that you're unhappy with the delivery process, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
Our standard delivery service is to UK mainland addresses only, as stated in the delivery information on our website FAQs.
For deliveries to locations outside the UK mainland, an additional delivery fee may apply. Alternatively, customers are welcome to provide a mainland UK address where the order can be delivered, should this be more convenient.
We apologise for any disappointment or inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.

The young man who delivered my radiator…
The young man who delivered my radiator was extremely helpful. He had driven from West Yorkshire to Cardiff in Wales, but he brought it in the house (the new "system" I have experienced now is companies only deliver "kerbside" and the customer is left to sort it out), he explained what I should do if there was any problem at all. He obviously enjoys working for the company and was praising them, which was so nice to hear. I'm nearly 80 and not in good health but he didn't know that so I imagine his attitude is the same with every customer.
My radiator is stunning, I had searched a long time for something unusual to compliment my new bathroom and found it with Chelsea. At my age I won't be doing this again but I would definitely recommend this company if you want something different and excellent customer service!!
Finally, that young man is a credit to your company 😃
