There’s no actual set amount listed for free shipping. I had to keep adding more and more to get to free shipping. Also, I ended up having to order 13 of the garlic and herb spread at double the price of what you pay in a store only to one of the 13 not be the correct item

Low customer service :(
I have reached out several times in different ways over my order.
My order was shipped out promptly. However when I received it the ice packs were melted and the cheeses were not cold. I have asked multiple times what I could do, if it would still be okay to feed/consume? With no response. I would have loved to be able to give 5 stars. I don’t want to give a 1 because I did receive it but I cannot use it without direction.
