I don’t like how my payment is deducted…
I don’t like how my payment is deducted from my debit card immediately but it can’t be credited to that same debit card. I have to wait 2-3 days to receive the money in my checking account.

The actual store its self is great
The actual store its self is great! my experience with the new policy that i can no longer do it on line!
It shouldn't matter where I live, I was able to do it on line then you changed your policy and I no longer can do that. it is not always convenient to get into the store .

Always there when i need fast cash. The reinders when payment is due is really helpful and super understanding if i need a day or two extra to make my payment without charging extra penalties
