Works fine, terrible support

Works fine, but since installing it my shopify dashboard doesn't show the conversion rate, nor does it tracks any checkouts/checkout initiated. For some reason omnisend doesn't send out the abandoned checkout sequence because it doesn't monitor anything. Looked for a support number/email but these guys are impossible to reach out. Please respond to this review. willing to change the 1 star to 5 stars if they fix this issue.

Hello,
We took some time to review your points. Let us answer them one by one:

1. Checkify is an independent and standalone checkout solution. It provides first-party data on its own dashboards, via relevant integrations (e.g. GA4), or custom tracking scripts that can be easily added and published on the checkout and thank you pages. Due to these facts, not all data is shared with a third-party eCommerce platform. However, if Shopify dashboards are crucial, then unfortunately, Checkify may not be the right product.

2. We perform regular manual and automated checks for all provided integrations. They are built in accordance with each platform’s best practices and most recent documentation. While we have not identified any global issues with Omnisend, individual cases, though highly unlikely, still could happen. However, due to the lack of data and context, it is not possible to advise further.

3. Our support is AI- and human-powered. It is available 24/7 via email and live Intercom chat (the icon is visible on every page of the Checkify domain). There are no open or unanswered cases at this time, while our reply rate is 100%, which is confirmed by feedback from other reviewers on Trustpilot and beyond. We were unable to find any attempts to contact us. This may mean either a different email address was used or no attempt was made at all.

Easy to setup and to start selling

Easy to setup and to start selling. This idea with payment links is perfect for tests and for my biz needs. Great human support and many docs to read.

A very reasonable price

I was able to start selling my courses fast. A very reasonable, I would say low, price for such huge set of features and functionality. These guys are thinking strategically.

Nice results are achievable

Nice results are achievable: around 40% of people who see the checkout page turn into buyers. Now I launch 3-5 new products for test every week and keep only the winning ones

A great solution, but I need more processors

This is a great solution, and I am happy to see these guys evolving and brining more options and positive results for ecomm businesses like mine. One drawback is that the set of payment processors is still the same: Stripe, Adyen and PayPal. But I talked to the support who promised some more changes to this set of gateways and its expansion before the end of 2025. Let’s see if it comes true

Delighted with this checkout page…

Delighted with this checkout page solutions and its development over years. In fact, they listened to me when I told them my business goal, and that it’s mainly outside Shopify. Support is really good. First, as usual, you get to an AI chatbot which is nice, but not always helpful. Then, finally, a human, who understood my questions, answered patiently about some missing parts and helped me sort everything our without hassle with this new product.
