This is a real scam!,. supposedly a travel agency!,..But they are fake!,.. They call you right away after you book a ticket just to tell you the price went up!,...So they can make their $150., cause they know you gonna cancel!. Block your Credit Card and don't answer their calls!,.. They intimate people! That's how they operate!.

What a bunch of scam artists. Can’t barely speak English and they talk to you like you’re a moron. Basically took my money , well, at first they did. Told me on the phone I couldn’t sit next to my kid on the plane. They told me I couldn’t bring any bags on the plane at all and told me you have to be at the airport 5 hours early. Argued with me for minutes before I finally said yep SCAM!! I withdrew my money and blocked them and others need to know why they are like so they don’t get scammed as well. What a joke

This travel booking agency lures customers in with very low prices and then after the booking is complete they say that price flight isn't available for the date you booked. Then they offer you the same flight for the premium flight price, 3-6 times your original price. If you don't want to purchase that package they offer you your original flight 2 weeks later.

BAD EXPERIENCCE - I would strongly warn others to be careful.

They advertise very low prices and take CREDIT CARD INFORMATION and complete payment.

YOU WONT RECEIVE ANY AIRLINE TICKETS.

After booking within 2 hours they call you.

They will tell you your booking DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY BAAGAGE ( SHOULDER BAG).
YOU CAN NOT DO ONLINE CHECK IN.

WHICH PART OF WORLD AIRLINE OPERATATE NO SHOULDER BAG:((((((( NEVER HEARD OR EXPERIENCE.

MOST IMP - They said ticket was “ AIRLINE FLEXIBLE" - Meaning the airline could change my flight date at the last minute and move me to a different day anytime before departure.

ONE WAY FLIGHT GOT CONFIRMED, so will have to pay extra for return flight.

OVERALL THEY WILL ASK YOU ALMOST DOUBLE or TRIPPLE PRICE TO PAY WHAT THEY SHOWN ON THEIR WEBSITE.

Overall, this feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. The price you see is not the price you actually pay, and the conditions are not clearly explained upfront.

Estoy muy enfadada con esta agencia me quieren estafar, realicé una reserva pero sin confirmar el pago con el banco y antes de la hora me llaman diciendo que tenía que mejorar mi reserva porque solo podía abordar el avíón con pasaporte en mano porque no podía llevar ni bolso de mano ni maleta para facturar, que debía pagar el doble de lo que me costaba la reserva y además pagar las maletas adicionales, les dije que no iba a reconocer la transacción en el banco porque no me conviene ese boleto, y me dicen que no me están acosando por teléfono que confirme la reserva porque ya ese dinero no es reembolsable cuando ni siquiera yo les he confirmado el pago por el banco, Ne quieren estafar ojo con esta agencia no compren boletos con ellos.

Very deceiving and they should get a class action lawsuit.

Scam , scam please don’t book with them
After I booked the ticket they called me and told me I have to pay more to complete the ticket or I can’t get the money back it’s not refunded I am very disappointed, please keep your money away from this scam company

It’s the worst flight company I see ever it’s like scam, after I booked the ticket they did the reservation pending and told me I have to add more money to complete the reservation, and I told them please cancel the reservation, Th said it’s not refunded and they didn’t refund the money and I can’t use the ticket

Speaking with an unethical representative last evening that tried to extort me for more money in order for me to be able to keep the day and I time I already booked AND PAiD. But extorting another $380 to ' upgrade cabin's or I was not guaranteed that time at airport upon my arrival and airline may change ticket to later flight and charge me $1200 ,if I didn't ' upgrade with him now'...the 5 stars on here only state because ..they offered" to cancel" that way the representative makes a $50 to $100 commission fee, earning extortion funds in the end. Unethical Practices. . Investigation needed by BBB, FBI and large city news channel investigations.

Absolute scam. People that need last minute flights are usually already going through enough without having to deal with being scammed. It is stupid people that have zero critical thinking abilities that keep people like this in business. Its an absolute scam, and I told them that. The guy had the nerve to tell me his name is "Brooklyn" lol POS

Very disappointing and misleading experience
I want to share my experience so future customers are aware. I recently booked a reservation with this business, and my payment went through successfully. However, after the transaction was completed, the team contacted me and asked me to pay an additional amount. When I refused to pay more than the originally confirmed price, they cancelled my booking — even though I never requested a cancellation.
My reservation had already been confirmed, so changing the price afterward and cancelling the booking is, in my opinion, extremely unprofessional and misleading. This kind of practice creates a very negative customer experience and does not align with fair business conduct.
I also had to request:

An explanation for changing the price after confirming my reservation
Confirmation that the cancellation was initiated by them, not me
Assurance that no charges would be applied to my card
Correction of their internal records to reflect the facts

I hope my review helps protect future customers from experiencing the same situation. I strongly encourage consumers to avoid this scam/business and unfair practices.

Dont book with them, they try to get you with cheap tickets. but the catch is you have to pay for carry on or anything you want to take so youre paying 100-300 more just for a carry on, dont waist ur time look else where

It was a great service. Marcos was very nice and kind person!

The booking site appears genuine, but after contact from their call center, the experience was disappointing. Instead of helping, the agent claimed flights were full and suggested pricier alternatives with extra charges. When I refused, the rep insulted me “are you stupid!”. When I was put on a 5 min hold; I took the opportunity to call my bank and block my credit card. They also attempted to link my card to Frontier, unrelated to my Delta booking. This service is misleading and unhelpful. SCAM for sure!!!!!

I made the mistake of not reviewing this company before booking. Within Minutes I got the bait and switch call and they could get me baggage and onboard meals if I rebooked> However it would quadruple the price. Which would make it double the typical price of Expedia. Got continual calls, finally {within 24 hours called my Visa provider and found they had not charged the card "yet" so blocked the card and found out in that if Cheap Veulos attempts to charge the card, it will show up. Eventually I will have to reinstate the card to book a new flight, there lies the problem they still have my visa details. I am hoping that calling them out nearly immediately as an obvious scam and threatening to go to industry complaint division might have scared them off. Heres hopin!

My friend thought she was buying Southwest airline tickets for 4 of us through CHEAP VUELOS! Come to find out they could not guarantee the dates we wanted to fly on! NOWHERE ON THEIR WEBSITE DID IT SAY THIS!! She got a phone call from these scammers within minutes of ordering the tickets and then AND ONLY THEN, did they explain they could not guarantee our tickets!! When she heard THAT, she asked to cancel because why would we want tickets for ANY OTHER DATE!!?? And CHEAP VUELOS REFUSED! She used the numbers given by CHEAP VUELOS on the Southwest website and they DID NOT HAVE ANY RESERVATIONS FOR US AT ALL!! This is a TOTAL SCAM!! Do not do any business with CHEAP VUELOS AT ALL!! My friend is out her money and CHEAP VUELOS just pocketed it and did not perform ANY LEGITIMATE SERVICE FOR HER MONEY AT ALL!! How can these scammers get away with this? She is considering going to the AG in her state to formally complain about CHEAP VUELOS!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CHEAP VUELOS!! They are scammers!!
