Oh my! They worked me really hard to get my international booking! I was close to booking with them then decided to hold off. I called an airline direct and got great pricing and did the booking. cheapflight guy CALLS ME and asks if he can still do the booking for me and I told him it was done. HE USED MY DOB and Flight info to find my paid for booking on the airlines website and canceled my booking! Then called me to tell me he was able to get me a better price! I had to start all over with the airline and they were not able to match the price I had already paid for!!! This actually truly happened. The airline gave me the fake email he used and explained he had the necessary information from the booking I'd almost made with him to go on and cancel my paid for reservation! Cheapflights is an awful and unscrupulous horrible deal. STAY AWAY FROM CHEAPFLIGHTS. They are dishonest and doing illegal actions.

Got round-trip airline tickets at one price, but then they called and wanted almost $300 more. When you tell them you want to cancel because that is not what you paid for, they tell you there is no cancellation and that you will lose your money if you do. Thankfully, I didn't use my bank account, but this is ridiculous. They shouldn't be allowed to change the price if you have already paid. They should be shut down. DO NOT USE THEM! It's a SCAM!

I booked flights in January and, one week before I'm leaving in June, they claim the flights are all full. Rip off. Not legitimate. No matter how many times you phone them, they transfer you to another line which is typically a voice mailbox. Very frustrating and expensive experience. My advice to others is to only book with known aggregators or, better yet, airlines' websites themselves.

I booked on two separate recommended sites from cheap flights.com ,(top flightfares and FlyODeals ) and they both turned out to be scams.

Worst worst!!
They lure you to buy discounted price and then shows no seat available after funds get deducted and will not refund funds and will ask to add more funds to get different seat.
Avoid this website.

All i will say is walk away from this CHEAPFLIGHT site, thay use bait and switch tactics,once thay have your credit card number thay will tell you the ticket is sold out by the airline and not available,but thay can get you diffrent ticket for more money,and that price is double from the previous price, so dont walk away, just run from these frauds

I wouldn't even give them 1 star. I used this company to purchase a Delta flight to Atlanta, GA for April 3-12, 2026. I haven't received my e-ticket or anything from them and it was getting closer to the our travel date. I called the company's customer service the rep then tells me that Delta canceled our flight due to overbooking and that they are sending me a refund, I hung up with them and called Delta Airlines and their representative told me that the flight was not overbooked and that they never had tickets for us on their end from this company. I gave them the confirmation number that was provided by said company, which she told me doesn't match their number/letter format for Delta so this company has lied,and stole my money I continued to call for my refund which they keep telling me they sent it I've been waiting since March,2026 my ticket was purchased February 2,2026 it's a shame how they keep our money just Thieves!!!! AND I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND THAT THEY ARE TRYING TO KEEP GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK

This company is a total SCAM thay advertise tickets that they do not have and only AFTER you have paid ...they call you with some bullsht about the flights been "oversold" but they now have these flights for 300-400 pounds more!! its been going on for years I do not know how they get away with it...as the people who call you funnily enough work for cheap flights if you don't pay they then say you get a refuned in 28 DAYS!!!! so your totally screwed its totally illegal stay well away! go direct to the airline YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

After booking a CSR called me on the phone and stated that my return flight was oversold by United and they would need to put me on another flight. They told me I could see the flight was oversold and I was booking a standby seat. This information did not show on the website. Problem was, however, big upcharge to flights. Then they said they would rebook with Delta. Also a big upcharge. I requested to cancell the entire booking and they said they couldn't because my card had already been charged to United and non-refundable; but they could rebook to Delta? Lying bait and switch operation. Will dispute with my CC company if they run my card. Do not waste your time

PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT BUY FROM CHEAPFLIGHTS.COM YOU BUY A TICKET THINKING IS CHEAP BUT YOU REALLY HAVE NO TICKET AND NO REFUND CUSTUMER SERVICE SUPER BAD ASWELL REPORT THEM TO THE BBB FOR BAD BUSIINESS.

Title: Need help – No ticket issued after payment

I booked a flight through CheapFlyShop and paid CAD 1144.38 for a Montreal to Tunis flight in July.

After payment, I only received a booking reference (CFSC...) but no official airline PNR or e-ticket number. I contacted the company and requested cancellation, but they told me my booking is still under review.

I also checked with Tunisair to verify the reservation, and I am currently waiting for confirmation.

I am very worried because I see many similar complaints online.

Has anyone experienced the same situation? Were you able to get your money back through your credit card company?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I tried them for 1st time ..booked airline tickets , They gave us the confirmation ( their conf.Nor airline Conf. so i can't check with airline company ). They said before a week from departure day they will email your airline confirmation # with seat number .
They charged total over 2k , They said don't worry the ticket will be good 100% . Before a week from the day we flight no emailed or phone called from them . I called they said the flight canceled give them 24-48hours to confirm and give me a call , no called back...
Two days later ( only 5 days from departure days ) we called in they said flight cancel and will return my money in a months ( that's mean they kept my money 2 months)
THEY STILL NOT CREDIT MY MONEY BACK YET ( 4 months already)
I called them many they always said they returned money already (ant time i called they said different day to returned the money , they lied to you ) they didn't give you the proof to show they credit back ...
My credit card company said they never see the credit back from them , I moved it to dispute case s.
Please ...don't try them if you don't lost money like me !!!!

Bought a ticket and received confirmation. 2.5 hours later, they called and said the ticket at that price was no longer available. Urslan was very hard to understand and was clearly frustrated when I would not just agree to the new extra charge of $300 that would secure the ticket. They explained that this happens every so often because they are the middle man between the airline and the customer.
I asked for a manager and talked with Sammy Lindz. Also very difficult to understand with a heavy accent. (I do feel they gave bogus names). Sammy didn’t have much better news - he still wanted to sell me the new ticket for $150 - they refused to cover the entire amount, but would cover half.
A complete scam.
Do not recommend.
I explained that they are admitting there’s a seat on the flight….but they just won’t budge on honoring their own word.
Their confirmation email is worthless

CHEAPFLIGHTS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!
I booked a flight for my wife and I to go from CMH to FLL round trip. We booked the flight 4-months early, just to get good seats at a fair price. We were to go onboard a cruise ship in FLL port. The day before our flight, I tried early boarding check-in with SWA and was told my tickets had been cancelled and refunded 2-months earlier. I was outraged! I explained that I had never cancelled and I had never received any refunds. Southwest Airlines said the only thing they could do since I did not book my airfare thru them was to come into the airport immediately and purchase another airfare. I took all of my info and receipts to SWA counter and proved with bank info I had never cancelled airfares or received any refunds. SWA told me Cheapflights said my VISA card was no good and all refunds should be delivered back to me, but they gave SWA different emails and addresses for the refunds. I live in Newark Ohio, and the refunds went to someone in Omaha Nebraska. I showed SWA my email address on my receipts from SWA for my Flight Upgrades sent by SWA, and my email did not match the emails where SWA sent the refunds. I was SCAMED and SWA was SCAMED!! Bottom line I had to pay for another pair of Airline tickets just to make it to Florida in time to board my cruise ship.

Faites attention, après 24h on m’appelle pour dire qu’on est dans la liste d’attente et elle me propose de payer 400$ par personne pour 4 personnes si je veux avec une autre compagnie. Rembourser impossible, donc l’objectif est de prendre l’argent qui n’est pas remboursable après on te demande de payer plus.

I went to cheapflights.com and clicked on Fareodaddy.com, now understood as a partner in crime, to book a flight. Right after booking, I got an email stating my tickets had not been purchased, then got a text to call Dustin at 866-309-2175 right away. I called and he answered, "hi" which alarmed me that this might be a scam. Then he proceeded to tell me (typical bait and switch) that they couldn't get my flight but for more money, they could get me another flight to another airport and at a different time that didn't work for me. I asked to just cancel and he told me I couldn't cancel and just argued with me. I disconnected the call, and the emails started coming in one after another threatening me if I didn't confirm the alternate flight. I sent an email to cancel, they are not authorized to charge my credit card and not to contact me again. This morning, there are a bunch of fraudulent charges to my credit card for almost the same amount as the flight I booked. Do NOT do business with this company.

Très mauvaise expérience , 5 minutes après avoir faite ma réservation , un agent nous appelle pour nous dires que nous avons acheter un billet ‘stand by ‘ qu’il faut se présenter à l’aéroport 5 heures avant le vol pour voir si ils ont de la place ….. sinon retourner le lendemain , c’est alors qu’ils nous offres un autre billet à 4 fois lendemain prix …. Des escrocs , J’ai demander de canceller , ils n’ont pas voulus , j’ai fait une demande de cancellation à ma carte de crédit ….. j’attends des nouvelles

I wouldn't even give them one star. I booked my flights, they took my card information and one hour later I get an email asking me to call them. They can not confirm one of my flights because it is overbooked. In order to get that flight it was more then triple the cost. I said please cancel. They said my Airline has to refund me not them. I call the airline and there is no record of my booking
