Bluewaters/Greyville Tour
The whole experience with your chauffeur services was reliable and spectacular. On the day for the pick up, I received a notification about my upcoming pick up schedule which for me gave me some peace of mind, considering the amount of preparation there was leading to the event.
The driver arrived 15 minutes earlier and was prepared to wait for the appropriate departure time. He was looking professional and complimented the occasion. The vehicle was clean and exceeded my expectations.
I would recommend Chauffeurs and Services to anyone having any similar events.
I would also like to commend the driver Philani Khumalo for his excellent service by making our experience memorable and making sure that his passengers were safely transported.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!
From start to finish, the whole experience was nothing short of amazing. It took me all of 5 minutes to secure a vehicle, pay and get a confirmation email. The online correpondence afterwards, via email, was great - quick responses and great attitude. The chauffeur, Philani, was amazing - he arrived on time, kept in constant contact with me throughout the day and he chatted to me so respectfully and professionally when he arrived. I followed him in my own car, and his driving was excellent. What amazing people to deal with.

Excellent and Highly Reliable Chauffeur Service
We used Chauffeurs & Services last night for a client transfer from Doha to Riyadh and were very impressed with the overall service.
The communication was exceptionally fast, professional, and efficient from the very beginning. The coordination via a group chat worked perfectly, ensuring that everyone involved was always informed at the same time. All arrangements were handled smoothly and very reliably.
The minivan arrived exactly on time, was very comfortable and well maintained, and the driver was extremely friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the route. The journey was pleasant and stress-free throughout.
Overall, an excellent service experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend Chauffeurs & Services and will certainly book with them again in the future.

Big shoutout to Fabien
Honestly couldn’t have asked for better service, execution and efficiency especially in such a difficult time in Dubai.
With multiple last minute changes, and many hours of travel for our clients, we couldn’t be happier with the high level of service.
10/10, couldn’t recommend him enough.

Cattivo pagatore

We are surprised by your comment.
We did indeed use your company for a service. The chauffeur you sent was not registered within our partner network, which raises a serious issue regarding compliance and transparency.
There was never any question of not paying for the service. The payment itself was never disputed.
However, you clearly did not accept that we chose to share our experience following this service by posting a review reflecting the facts observed. Sharing feedback does not constitute defamation or refusal of payment, but simply reflects freedom of expression and professional transparency.
We remain committed to clear, honest relationships that meet the standards of our industry.
