Very helpful despite my employer not being so

I was going through a voluntary redundancy programme at work. I contacted Chattertons to get support with my settlement agreement. From the outset they were first class. First of all Emily Hampson was a great help getting everything moving quickly and setting up a call with Ruqaya. Ruqaya went through the settlement agreement in a lot of detail. She explained it "In layman's terms" which meant I understood fully what I was signing up for. The turnaround was very quick and they always communicated to me promptly and efficiently.
