I always feel happy walking into Chatters Westgate. The staff and space are welcoming. Shout out to Hisham. He takes great control over my hair! I left with a Fall colour refresh!

Right from when I call to make my appointment to when I walk out the door is a good experience. I love my hairdresser Steve, he always makes me feel that he is happy to see me and chats, I am always happy with my cut. 💓The service is A-1 !! I had Aiden for some highlights and a layered haircut. She was so nice and made the space super comfortable! She is very personable and real which I appreciated. I did panic after I got to my car because the blonde in the front started to freak me out. Totally my fault, I was bold walking in thinking I could handle a money piece with the highlights but ultimately I could not. After much contemplation I decided to go back in and she was so kind and took me back to the chair to make sure I left with hair I loved! Her kindness, patience, and skill really helped me calm down and feel comfortable. I am in awe at how well she handled the situation. I never wanted to be that person who went back in after a service but she immediately got to work and I cannot express my gratitude enough! Definitely recommended booking with her and I will 100% rebook. Thank you Aiden for your kindness and patience!
