LV is wonderful at cutting and styling curly hair

If I could have left 0 stars I would have I have been to lots of chatters salons in Canada I always use them but this one is with a doubt the worst I have ever been to they was so rude and ignorant the young lady who was doing my hair I asked her very politely if she could dry my roots as they was soaked wet even tho she had apparently finished that section of wot was supposed to be a bouncy blow dry it was straight and flat and when I asked she got so mad didn't want to finish it her boss was trying to talk her in to doing it I ended up having to dry my own hair even the boss was very rude and unprofessional
She was a young maybe asian/Chinese? Girl they made me feel very uncomfortable I wouldn't recommend going there !!

I am from Nova Scotia and was visiting my daughter in Edmonton and needed my hair trimmed. We were at the West Edmonton Mall and both were able to get an appointment at the same time and have wash and cut. It felt good to get looked after in a timely manner and the lady who did my hair massaged the conditioner in and it felt really good after the long plane ride.

I specifically told the lady i want to be able to still ponytail my hair after the haircut. She just kept chopping it off til it was so short, I can't ponytail it.as i walkedout of the salon, i noticed that she also cut my necklace while my cutting hair. Very dissapointed... just didnt have the time to argue or make a complain.

I have long hair, and my cut is now crooked. The stylist didn’t offer a mirror to view the back when finished, but when I looked later in the evening I noticed how misshapen it is. One side is shorter and rounded, and the other side is longer and squared off. Won’t be back.

That they were very nice and I got in right away

I asked how much my haircut would cost repeatedly before I sat in the chair and they said it would be $30 but charged me $50 because something was going wrong with their system but they should've let me know before getting the haircut. Also, I wanted to get a light trim and the bottom of my hair and touch up my bangs. On the website I couldn't find the "trim my ends" so I booked a hair consultation + bangs cut so I would have enough time to get a trim and my bangs. I was later called to know that the hair stylist I booked called in sick and they rescheduled me and took out my hair consultation and only said my appointment consisted of a bangs cut which did not leave me with enough time and forced me to get my hair done by a stylist who was supposed to be on her lunch break. The woman messed up on my bangs and I can't help but think she was trying to finish my haircut fast so she could go on her lunch and in the midst of that my bangs turned out uneven which I noticed when I got home. The staff was uncordinated and didn't stand on the agreed price. Any other Chatters is fine except the WEM location one.

I am ugly at times and she made me beautiful , thank you.

Great service

The lady cutting my 5 year olds hair had no patience. The only words she spoke to my daughter were “keep still”

This was not a good experience for my daughter who was excited to have her hair done, and sad after the appointment. And she sat pretty still for a 5 year old. This lady seemed miserable.

I had such a great experience at Chatters Hair Salon! I went in for a haircut and color, and I’m so happy with the results—my hair feels fresh, healthy, and the color turned out beautifully. A huge shoutout to Mylen for her amazing work! She was so friendly, professional, and really took the time to make sure I was comfortable and happy with everything. I truly appreciate her attention to detail and the care she put into the whole service. Highly recommend Chatters, and especially Mylen, if you’re looking for a stylist who goes above and beyond!
